Objective:This paper applies core strength training as a training method to the daily training of amateur runners in Yichang,a marathon vitality running project,and uses experimental control methods.The impact of this training method and traditional strength training on the performance of dynamic running amateur runners was tested.In this study,30 amateur runners(20 males and 10 females)were randomly selected for the Yichang Marathon vitality run under certain conditions.After performing basic physical fitness tests,the subjects were tested.They were divided into two groups with little difference in physical quality.They were given 10 weeks of core strength training and traditional strength training interventions.Methods:After determining the team members of the two groups,two different strength training programs were formulated for the purpose of the experiment.During the training process,the amateur runners were trained in the same daily running.The 30 amateur runners were divided into experimental and control groups.The experimental group performed 40 minutes of core strength training after the basic heat,and the control group performed 40 minutes of traditional strength training after the heat.Before and after the experiment,the two groups of players were tested for core strength,general strength,and 5000 meters.The changes in the data of the two groups of players before and after the experiment were compared.Finally,the results of the two groups in the 2018 Yichang International Marathon were compared.Conclusion:(1)The core strength training method can effectively exercise the core muscle group of the marathon vitality running amateur runner,thereby improving the core strength quality of its body and effectively improving its marathon vitality running performance;(2)Traditional strength training can improve the explosiveness of marathon amateur runners' muscles,effectively improve the general strength of the body,and have a certain promotion effect on the performance of marathon dynamic amateur runners;(3)In daily training,marathon vitality running amateur runners rationally formulate the strength training plan for marathon vitality running and the training plan for daily running,which can effectively improve their various physical qualities and thus improve their performance;(4)After 10 weeks of experimental training,we can conclude that the marathon vitality run is a sport that competes against physical strength and endurance,compared to the effect of traditional strength training on the explosiveness of amateur runners.Core strength training can improve the stability and durability of the core muscle group of marathon amateur runners,enhance the conductivity of the connecting limb muscles,and strengthen themuscle strength of the body's various small muscle groups to enable the body to perform various actions in a more coordinated manner.It also effectively controls the movement damage of the body's muscles.Core force training can improve the heart and lung function by strengthening the body's core control,which is conducive to the adjustment of breathing rhythm by amateur runners in Marathon vitality during long-term exercise,improving the stability and durability of the body,and reducing exercise consumption.Amateur runners who are trained in core strength are more labor-saving than those who are trained in traditional strength.Therefore,core strength training is more effective than traditional strength training to improve the performance of marathon vitality.
