| Happiness is the synthesis of pleasure and meaning.It is a kind of subjective psychological experience of the inner. The concept of happiness is the concept system of people for the issue of happiness. It is people’s views on happiness goals, happiness motive, happiness means, happiness standards, and the effect of happiness. Positive psychology is dedicated to study the science of human development potential and virtues. The purpose of life is to search for the ultimate meaning of life, positively and optimistically enjoy a happy life. College students are in the psychological weaning period, outlook on the world, life and values has great plasticity, have a unique understanding of happiness, but most remain in the perceptual stage. In this paper, it is based on the perspective of positive psychology, through research on the state of concept of happiness, analysis of the problem and the reason for its existence; explore the education path design of college students’concept of happiness in the new era. Theoretically deepen the understanding of education in happiness view, create a new path of happiness class education in positive psychology perspective. It can provide a useful reference for future research, cause for attention in the healthy development of college students’concept of happiness in further. In reality it can provide data-based support and a useful reference for college counselors and administrative staff to carry out ideological and political education of college students, and guide students to establish a correct concept of happiness.Through literature on the concept of happiness research results were consolidated and summarized. Using questionnaires designed the questionnaire of contemporary students’concept of happiness and surveyed undergraduate students in four universities in Beijing and Shandong province. Using case analysis conducted in-depth analysis of the status quo about the typical case of college students of the concept of happiness. Through the data statistics and analysis, found that contemporary college students’overall happiness orientation are positive, life satisfactions are higher, and have a correct understanding of the internal relations and the influence factors of happiness. But some students don’t have comprehensive understanding of happiness, whose happiness ability is insufficient; confuse about future, cannot grasp the present happiness; take too much emphasis on money and materialistic; self-centered, indifferent to the concept of collectivism. Through in-depth analysis found that the main problems of contemporary college students’concept of happiness is subject to the combined effects of external and internal factors of subjective and objective factors. Such as parenting style is misleading, school principal status is missing, social environment adverse induce, and students’own psychological development is not perfect etc.Positive psychology has always been advocating a positive attitude to face the problem, meet the challenge; carry out a positive atmosphere for stereo happiness for students to the education of happiness concept. Learn from the experience abroad, combining the reality of our country, to effectively carry out the practice of education, dialogue education and care education. Take the concept of happiness education into the big system of moral, sport and intellectual education and creates a whole range of positive educational environment, not to proceed alone. Colleges should offer courses in related to happiness as the core. The key is to help the student perspective on the true meaning of happiness, let the students understand the pursuit of happiness is the ultimate purpose in life, to grasp the present happiness, grasp the happiness method, establish the scientific concept of happiness. |
