Study Of Contemporary College Society Culture Construction

The emergence and development of Chinese colleges and universities has more than a hundred years of history, but with the progress of the society and the development of higher education, social demand for college students is more comprehensive, therefore it creates the conditions for the vigorous development of the university community. The construction of corporate culture is beneficial to the quality education of college students, to the construction of campus culture and to the increase of the competitiveness of colleges and universities, also to the spread of advanced culture and heritage. It is the living carrier of the socialist core value system.In this paper, the writer visited the students from Shenyang, Dalian universities using the form of questionnaire investigation and discussion to analyze the data from point to area and to analyze the current situation of the community culture construction in colleges and universities. From the study the writer fond that college society culture construction of the overall situation is good, reflecting the following aspects such as schools of thought contend in corporate culture, corporate culture with great influence, students’ participation, the purpose of the club activities diversification, etc. But it still exists some problems that cannot be ignored, such as the lack of professional teachers, lack of material resources, low level of autonomy ability, corporate culture innovation.The research content is divided into the following parts: the first part is introduction. In this part the writer expounds the research status of the community culture construction, putting forward the research methods and innovations. The second part is the definition, including the connotation of community culture, the status and characteristics of theoretical guidance and corporate culture. The third part analyses the situation of the college society culture construction in order to deal with interview and questionnaire data. From the conclusion of analysis the writer outlines the current problems of college society culture construction and the causes. The fourth part is concerned with the college society culture construction path analysis, in this part some effective suggestions which are directed against the problem of society, the spiritual culture, system culture, material culture,are put forward. The fifth part is conclusion mainly summarizes the deficiency of the research.The writer raises several suggestions just according to the analysis of the problems. First, adhere to the scientific outlook on development thoughts to lead the community culture construction; Second, strengthen the corporated leadership and management, making the community truly the unity of the autonomy and normality; Third, promote the development of campus culture with rich and colorful community cultural activities; Fourth, attache great importance to the construction of material culture, improve the level of software and hardware facilities, not only should we rebalance the material resources, but also widely corporate with the society. Fifth,take the advantage of new media, improve the level of the utilization and use of new media; Sixth, strengthen the team construction, guide the teachers and the professionalism of the club officers.
