Objective: To investigate the basic situation of Shenyang-based primary physical exercise and team cohesion on the students explore the relationship between physical activity, sports leadership behavior between teachers and team cohesion.Methods: The main use of the questionnaire method for selecting primary focus from Shenyang city’s five district 7, non-key primary 7(Huanggu District 4, Dadong District 2, Heping District 2, Tiexi District 4, Shen River zone 2), every school in fourth grade and fifth grade randomly selected one class sports pupils amount, sports teacher leadership behavior and team cohesion, the collected data is then analyzed and processed using SPSS19.0.The results:(1) Sports Shenyang pupils ratio of the amount of: small amount of exercise(51.1%), moderate physical activity was 25.7%, 23.2% large amount of exercise, you can see a small amount of exercise Shenyang largest proportion of pupils, the smallest proportion of the large amount of exercise. Pupils Physical exercise and emotional cohesion(p = 0.137> 0.05), the behavior of cohesion(p = 0.475> 0.05), cognitive cohesion(p = 0.403> 0.05) were not significantly different.(2) Shenyang Pupils average score of 50.05 team cohesion, and out of 60 points compared to the level in the well. Group cohesion comparison between different sexes, male and female emotional cohesion(P = 0.000 <0.01), the behavior of cohesion(p = 0.000 <0.01) differences, showed the boys emotions cohesion acts cohesion is significantly lower than girls; In cognitive cohesion, no significant difference in male and female students. Group cohesion between different grades of comparison, fourth grade, fifth in the emotional cohesion(P = 0.375), there were no significant differences in the behavior of cohesion(P = 0.799) and cognitive cohesion(P = 0.267) on. Focus on key schools and non-school students in emotional cohesion(P = 0.574), and no significant difference in the behavior of cohesion(P = 0.079) and cognitive cohesion(P = 0.395) on.(3) five dimensions Shenyang pupils perceived leadership behavior of PE teachers at the same level. Training and Teaching Behavior of PE Teachers and cognitive cohesion(p = 0.047 <0.05) showed a significant negative correlation; social support behaves cohesion(p = 0.021 <0.05), cognitive cohesion(p = 0.020 <0.05) were significantly negative correlation; PE Teacher communication behavior and emotional cohesion negatively correlated(p = 0.022 <0.05); other dimensions and group cohesion sports teacher leadership behavior did not show correlation.In conclusion:(1) The amount of sports Shenyang pupils is low, more people employed in the small amount of exercise.(2) Shenyang pupils overall team cohesion at a good level, boys slightly less emotional cohesion and behavior cohesion girls.(3) Shenyang pupils sports amount and emotional cohesion, cohesion, and cognitive behavioral cohesion there is no obvious relationship.(4) Training and Teaching Behavior of PE Teachers, social support behavior, communication behavior have a negative impact on students’ group cohesion.
