As a new sport,cheerleading has received more and more attention because of its excellent teamwork and superb artistic charm.Cheerleading Coach as a Cheerleading Sports Team Training and the organizers of the organizers,cheerleading training and playing a crucial role in the process.The cheerleading exercise is a team with the tacit understanding of teamwork,the level of the team cohesion of the team has played an important role in the sports team play and daily training.In recent years,sports psychologists as a research hotspot on the relationship between coaches' leadership behavior and team cohesion,in view of the current situation of foreign research in this field is less project La,from the cheerleading competition point of view,to explore the training in the competition Cheerleading Coaches' leadership behavior is related to the degree of relationship between them and the specific influence and team cohesion.By means of literature review,questionnaire survey,data statistics,logic analysis and other research methods.Selected 297 athletes participating in the 2016 National Cheerleading Championships in Colleges and universities as the object of investigation to explore the specific relationship between the two players in the 15.The results show that:1.male athletes can feel higher coaches autocratic behavior,female athletes are feeling coaches higher coaching behavior and social support behavior training;the longer the player can feel more autocratic behavior and coaches social support behavior and positive feedback behavior,the shorter the length of training athletes can feel more coaching behavior with the democratic behavior of coaches;professional sports athletes coaches higher perceived social support behavior,autocratic behavior and democratic behavior,and non professional sports athletes can feel the training behavior of coaches and positive feedback behavior.2.cheerleading team cohesion is higher than the level of dance cheerleading team training;the longer the athletes the task cohesion and social cohesion level is higher,the higher level of team cohesion;composed of professional sports athlete's sports team cohesion is higher than the level of sports team composed of non professional sports athletes.3.training guide behavior and positive feedback positive correlation between behavior and social support behavior and team cohesion dimensions;autocratic behavior and task cohesion two dimensions were negatively correlated with the group social attraction was positively correlated;democratic behavior and group social attraction was negatively correlated,positively correlated with group task cohesion.4.Coaching behavior of Cheerleading Coaches have positive effects on team cohesion;democratic behavior to attract,group task has significant positive influence group task consistency and social consistency,and has a negative effect on group social attraction;has a reverse effect on autocratic behavior attract,group social group task consistency and group social consistency,and attract positive has certain impact on the group task;positive feedback behavior and social support behavior on team cohesion has a positive impact on team cohesion and its influence degree is not.
