Experiencing the freeing from the fetters of the planned economy,and then the popularization,Universities need to explore the development of their own urgently.How to realize the Connotation Development become hot problems to concern for the higher education scholars and enen the country.Aso,it is important problem in concern for educational circles and even countries.The connotation development of university become the theme of the times,adapting to the needs of higher education reform, it carries the quality and level of higher education, and is a rational choice to realize the sustainable development of higher education.This study intends to undertake the existing knowledge and rational thinking of the predecessors, to use literature analysis methods, case analysis research methods, and narrative research method and so on,trying to research disciplines and professional development of the university, starting from case narrative research of the Shenyang Normal University, with the hope to gain on key points, and explore the path and strategy of connotation development of university from mediocre to remarkable.The first chapter is the introduction part, It mainly expounds the reason for choosing the topic, the significance of this study, the core concept definition, literature review, and put forward the shortcomings of previous studies, which spreading the following contents.The second chapter is to breakthe appearance of university development in the planned economy era, including do subjects, profession and the free personnel training based on the plan; higher education law and helpless independent and the discipline and specialty in Shenyang Normal University at the beginning of the century. This chapter reviews the discipline and specialty in Shenyang Normal University at the beginning of the century in the reform eraof University experience changes in contrast with century Shenyang Normal University discipline and specialty, in order to consider the university historical contribution and its deficiency with the industry orientation.The third chapter is to be remarkable in the top-level design of discipline and specialty in the. Including the Shenyang Normal University "2002-- 2010 plan", the fifth session of the general assembly in hand cast, the undergraduate teaching level evaluation and narrative explains of the pain of discipline and subject, thinking out the creativity University wish of the professional discipline.The fourth chapter is people-oriented, returning to the nature of university in the concern of the development. This chapter narrates Shenyang Normal University’s iconic discipline and professional goals,professionalcharacteristics, students’ self selected professional upgrade version, characteristic discipline, and walk in one stage and two stage from the two aspects of narrative subject and specialty, and insight into the professions and disciplines the interaction and integration.based on the experience of professional degree education and inspiration.The sixth chapter is the reflection and prospect of University connotation development. This chapter is to think what is major, discipline and university based on construction of narrative content of the development of Shenyang Normal University, and explores the classified education under the background of the trend of professional disciplines further.
