| Good professional emotion is of great significance to strengthen the teaching faith of normal university students and develop good teacher ethics.This study investigates the current situation of vocational emotion of normal university students,finds out the existing problems and analyzes the causes,and seeks for the development path of vocational emotion of normal university students,in order to be helpful to the cultivation of vocational emotion of normal university students.In this study,questionnaires and interviews were used to investigate the status quo of vocational emotion of normal university students in Y Province,and SPSS software was used for data analysis.The survey shows that: first,the professional emotion of normal university students in Y province is above the average level;Second,there are differences in occupational emotions among normal university students of different ages,personality types and origins.Based on The ecosystem theory of Bronfenbrenner,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of professional emotion of normal university students.Firstly,the growth environment,growth experience,personality and age of normal university students are the important influencing factors of professional emotion of normal university students.Secondly,the lack of parents’ experience and the education experience of normal university students have a significant impact on the vocational emotion of normal university students;Thirdly,the curriculum,evaluation,unhealthy ethos and public opinion of Y Normal University are closely related to the professional emotion of normal university students.Based on the above findings,this study believes that the professional emotion of normal university students goes through three development stages: survival stage,growth stage and adherence stage,and in these three stages,the professional emotion of normal university students shows the characteristics of coexistence of stage and level,complexity and plasticity.Therefore,this study believes that the professional emotion of normal university students can be improved from the following aspects:First,normal university students should give full play to their initiative,actively improve their sense of self-efficacy and develop critical ability,which is of great significance to the cultivation of professional responsibility of normal university students,the recognition of professional value and the firmness of professional will;Secondly,parents of normal university students should improve their rational understanding of the teaching profession to avoid adverse effects on normal university students;Thirdly,normal universities should set up vocational emotion courses and perfect the evaluation system,so as to promote the development of vocational emotion of normal university students.Finally,local governments should strive to create a good public opinion atmosphere of respecting teachers and valuing education. |
