“Compulsory education law of the People’s Republic of China ministry of education Chinese curriculum standard”(2011) pointed out that the goal of Chinese curriculum should include: a substantial and know the Chinese culture to absorb the ethnic culture and wisdom; Concerned about the contemporary cultural life, respect for cultural diversity, absorbing excellent culture of human nutrition, improve the culture grade.Folk culture in the middle school language teaching material and teaching research, has been a very important but easily neglected problem. In this paper, starting from the analysis of folk culture elements in the middle school language teaching material, try from the education, education, culture, folklore, Chinese curriculum and teaching theory, explore folk culture in Chinese curriculum teaching strategy, for the teachers and students to understand status and value of folk culture in the middle school Chinese teaching, in the hope of inheriting the traditional culture of the Chinese nation, enhance the students’ patriotism, improve the students’ humanistic quality.
