The Cultivation Route Study Of Chiese Professional Football Players’ Ethics

The State Council issued a document Suggestions about Accelerating the Development of Sport Industry and Promoting the Sport Consumption on October 2014. The Suggestions lay stress on football program, whose development in China is lagged behind. It says that football program should make long-period developing plan and field equipment plan, and popularize football in school and society. All of these suggestions are a big opportunity to China’s football development. Based on this, football players in China on the one hand should promote their technique and tactics, on the other hand promote their professional ethics, which is more important. This article uses Literature Review Method, Comparative Analysis Method and Case Analysis Method to do a deep research about players professional ethics problem since the professional ization of football 20 years ago. The following conclusions are made:1. The professional ethics education has significant meaning to player’s and football development:it can promote players’moral level; it can purification the unhealthy tendency in football field and lead China’s professional football to a virtuous cycle; it can realize the real professionalization of football from inter.2. The football player is first of all a citizen who has a decent employment, so he or she must firstly obey the social morals and the basic professional ethics. Especially when the development pace of China’s football professionalization become faster, as a public figure, player should be a good model to the society, especially to the youngsters.3. After 20 years’development, there have been many problems in football field besides achievements. Besides the problems of management, officials, clubs, coaches, judges and players’professional ethics problem have been very clear. As to the players’problem, there are four kinds:match-fixing, soccer gambling, field violence and age fraud.4. The reason of Chinese players’ professional ethics problems are as follows:football school and club ignore the players’cultural education. The cultural education can’t be assured in both quantity and quality. The contradiction between training and study can’t be solved in proper way; the players are lacking of education about professional ethics and law knowledge; some coaches’comprehensive quality is low and have side effect on players’behavior; the related management departments’leaders’legal consciousness is very lacking and their professional ethics is low.Based on these conclusions, the article provide the following advises: the football school and club should enhance the players’education on both culture and laws, the quality and quantity of which must be assured to promote the players’education level and law consciousness; provide the youngster players professional ethics in varied ways, schools and clubs should join in more social activities; players’motion management ability should be promote and schools should also pay attention to players’personality development; the coaches’comprehensive quality should be promote and moral level test system on coaches should be built.
