Kindergarten-based teaching research is a derivative from the school-based teaching research, based on garden as the research base, teachers as the research subject, the real problems encountered by teachers in the education practice as the object, is one of the most effective and most feasible way to promote teacher’s professional development.Present situation of Kindergarten-Based Teaching Research Development and kindergarten workers on the kindergarten-based teaching research of satisfaction can reflect the effect of Kindergarten-Based Teaching Research. How to implement the present situation of Liaoning Province kindergarten based teaching research? How to improve the effectiveness of the kindergarten based teaching research? How to better carry out the kindergarten based teaching research that teachers grow from kindergarten based teaching research, promote the upgrading of the quality of preschool education? The purpose of this study was to explore these issues.The first part through the investigation on the status of implementation of the kindergarten based teaching research, to discuss the present situation of Kindergarten Based Teaching Research development. Using the theory of driving construction of "kindergarten based teaching research status” questionnaire, questionnaire structure including the kindergarten based teaching research development status, main role status, current situation of kindergarten based teaching research and Reflection on the current situation of management of Kindergarten Based Teaching research. After inspection, Alpha reliability was 0.897, Alpha coefficient of each dimension is greater than 0.85. Finally, 370 questionnaires were valid questionnaires; effective recovery rate of 347 is 93.78%. The main contents include: analysis of the current situation and problems of teaching and research, so no Mo to research the influence and significance of the participant roles, so no Mo to teaching management present situation and them understands and the kindergarten based teaching research on the current situation and effect. The results show that:(1) The existence of superficial content of kindergarten based teaching research in the process of implementation, the problem of insufficient research method. From the content of choice, choose from their own experience to sum up ability deficiency, both in content and form of the existing teaching and research department, the purpose is not clear, lack of professional guidance and research methods for the single. The teachers are lack of knowledge, and there is no effective way to make up for the lack of knowledge.(2) The main body of the research park high participation but need to increase participation in depth. Look on the whole matter is teacher, management and research activities lead to participate actively in the. But the teachers are mainly on the basis of their own experience to propose and analyze problems, lack of theoretical knowledge and research methods of the study, in the position on their own because of their high surface and on the evaluation and deviation.(3) Reflection skills need to be further improved. Kindergarten based teaching research results show monotonous and lack of depth, a large part of the reason from the reflection of kindergarten based teaching research is not thorough. At present, the kindergarten based teaching research should pay more attention to reflection of kindergarten based teaching research, but the presentation and conversion in the reflection of the method and result of reflection of problems, the need to improve the level of research and reflection ability personnel.The second part of the educators for kindergarten based teaching research attitude survey; to explore the educators in the kindergarten based teaching satisfaction. Directed by "kindergarten based teaching research implementation" satisfaction questionnaire, exploratory factor analysis showed that the questionnaire structure include research support, research content and form, research results and research body attitude in four dimensions by checking the Alpha reliability was 0.897. A total of 370 questionnaires, recycling 355 copies. Then delete the unanswered items in the questionnaire, in order to answer the questionnaire is obvious, the last remaining 324 valid questionnaires, the efficiency of 87.57%. Combined with open interviews, analysis of the main contents include: analysis, the overall status of kindergarten based teaching research, the overall status of satisfaction analysis of different demographic variables on the kindergarten based teaching research satisfaction analysis of the dimensions of different demographic variables on satisfaction of Kindergarten Based Teaching research. The results show that:The overall satisfaction of appropriate kindergarten based teaching research. Kindergarten front-line workers satisfaction scores of Kindergarten Based Teaching Research overall satisfaction and each dimension is between 3.1 to 4.2 is the general satisfaction to very satisfactory. But the lowest satisfaction to the research results, the need to strengthen the use of the research results and the teaching content into efforts to research results.(2) The difference of different demographic variables on the kindergarten based teaching satisfaction. In addition to different teaching kindergarten front-line workers of Kindergarten Based Teaching Research over all satisfaction is not significantly different, there were significant differences and the differences between the satisfaction of kindergarten based teaching research in which several ages, which a few degrees, which age, which few duties, which several titles, which a few area and even several kindergarten grade, are discussed. At the same time differences of various dimensions of different demographic variables on the kindergarten based teaching satisfaction.In the discussion part, researchers on the kindergarten based teaching research, teaching and research status of implementation of so no Mo to satisfaction discussion. Comprehensive research results as well as the corresponding discussion; this study explores the relevant recommendations, and aiming at the existing problems, put forward the problems to be further explored.
