At present,garden-based teaching and research is an important way for the professional development of front-line teachers.Through the garden-based teaching and research teachers' satisfaction,we can know whether the existing garden-based teaching and research plays a role in promoting teachers' professional competence.As an example,what is the teacher satisfaction of the provincial model kindergarten-based teaching and research? What are the supporting factors of teacher satisfaction in garden-based teaching and research? Enlightenments and suggestions on teacher satisfaction in Garden-based Teaching and Research? The purpose of this study is to select demonstration kindergartens in four provinces of Xiamen to explore the above problems.This paper adopts the methods of literature and investigation,and makes use of the self-made questionnaire of teacher satisfaction in Kindergarten-based Teaching and Research,from "content and form","Management of Garden-based Teaching and Research" and "subjective attitude of Garden-based Teaching and Research Teachers".The results of "Garden-based Teaching and Research" investigated the teachers of demonstration kindergartens in four provinces from five aspects: age,teaching age,academic background,professional title,and whether they were in the process of compiling or not,and analyzed the results from five aspects: age,teaching age,academic background,professional title,and so on.Investigate teachers' satisfaction with garden-based teaching and research and provide suggestions.Through the research,it is found that the satisfaction of teachers in kindergarten-based teaching and research is in the middle satisfactory level.The satisfaction of garden-based teaching and research and the management of teaching and research,The teacher's attitude,content and form,the results of the garden-based teaching and research are relevant.Through the analysis of the data and the interviews of teachers,this study summarizes the supporting factors of the satisfaction of the teachers of the garden-based teaching and research: "the targeted content of the garden-based teaching and research","the diversified forms of the garden-based teaching-research","the perfect management of the garden-based teaching-research","the initiative of the main body of the garden-based teaching and research","the practicability of the application of the resultsof the garden-based teaching and research",etc.Finally,On the basis of detailed analysis of four kinds of supporting factors,this paper puts forward the idea of "choosing the teaching and research content based on the actual situation of the park,exploring the diversified forms of teaching and research","establishing a sound management system of the garden-based teaching and research,and giving full play to the leading role of leadership radiation"."Preschool teachers give full play to their initiative and strive to improve their ability to teach and research." Attach importance to the application of the results of teaching and research,improve the effectiveness of teaching and research ",which can be used for reference to improve the satisfaction of teachers.
