Purpose:To investigate the aged variation of physical activity in different seasons, tracking test target population levels of physical health, to explore the relationship between different seasons of physical activity and physical health and fitness in the elderly want to exercise to provide some useful guidance, and for the future lay the foundation for further study. Methods:Recruitment for the elderly over the age of 50 subjects, the final data available data for 80 transverse, longitudinal data for 50 people, tracking test duration of 18 months. Where physical activity tests using ActiGraph GT3X measure, once a month, each lasting seven days measurements. Physical Health Test, including; height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, body fat percentage, four lipids, glucose, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, serum creatinine, resting heart rate, blood pressure, quiet, vital capacity, tested once each season. Results:1. exist walk a few significant gender differences (P= 0.023), women were significantly higher than males, with a total activity energy expenditure above average intensity exercise and the total time and above average intensity exercise and continued for 10 minutes or more were no significant gender differences.2. The total energy consumption in the early summer activity increased significantly in early winter, summer is significantly lower P value reached 0.005-0.012.3. Beijing higher in older areas of physical activity, weather conditions for the daily average temperature 10℃ (about the highest temperature 16℃, the lowest temperature of 5℃) around; relative humidity below 60%; air quality index 110 or less. Conclusion:1. No physical activity in the elderly in Beijing was significantly gender differences; the total energy consumption in the early summer activity, significantly increased winter season, a significant decline in summer; moderate intensity physical activity over time no significant seasonal variation.2. habit of regular exercise in the elderly body shape, lipids and heart and lung function has obvious improvement.3. Increase the total time moderate intensity activity over a broader role for the positive in all aspects of physical health in the elderly generated.4. Recommended walking per week in older men reach 70,000 steps Spring, summer and winter to reach 60,000 steps; Women Spring reached 90,005 thousand steps, summer and winter to reach 70,005 thousand steps. Weekly payload time men reach 270 minutes,400 minutes to reach women, winter can be reduced appropriately.
