The feasibility and problems and to promote the school football activities in rural areas, is the football development must attaches great importance to and take seriously the realistic problem in Shanxi Province.In this paper, using the method of literature, expert interviews, questionnaire method, observation method and mathematical statistics method, based on the Shanxi province rural primary and secondary schools stratified sampling, from the masses, to carry out school football activities based soft hardware conditions, parents support attitude three aspects of system analysis of the feasibility of carrying out school football activities in rural primary and middle schools of Shanxi province football activities, explore the constraints factors exist in the current rural school football activities, on the basis of targeted countermeasures to promote the Shanxi province rural school football activities, promote the development of extensive, in-depth Shanxi province rural area school football activities, which is taken as a breakthrough to boost the overall level of Shanxi province football promotion.Through the research, this paper obtains the following conclusions:1.
