The Study On The Current Situation At Secondary Vocational Schools In Yuncheng Of Shanxi Provice

With the continuous development of economic globalization and social integration, comprehensive and profound changes are taking place in all categories of business in society. The new historic mission this era has endowed to the secondary and vocational school education is to cultivate inter-disciplinary talents who possess better practical application ability, perfect knowledge system and comprehensive quality. However, the development of the secondary and vocational school education nowadays fails to adapt to the demand of the times, especially weak in the aspect of teacher resources, which has obviously obstructed the deepening of reformation, the improvement of teaching quality and the refinement of teaching system in secondary and vocational schools. What's worse, physical education in secondary and vocational schools has been widely considered as a fringing subject, which hasn't got enough attentions it deserved. Such phenomenon seriously goes against the principle of cultivating all-round developing talents.This paper uses secondary vocational schools sports teachers as research object in the yuncheng city of Shanxi Province, by representatives of 13 counties 15 secondary school physical education teachers as respondents of shanxi transport city, the integrated use of documentary, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other methods, From PE teachers' basic, teaching situation, extra-curricular activities, research status and extracurricular sports training education situation, condition, continue to question, mentality and treatment of teaching and research knowledge from different angles in the shanxi transport city secondary vocational school, survey and analysis the case in several aspects . Purpose is to understand the PE teachers' situation in shanxi transport city secondary vocational school, finds out some existing problems, puts forward some constructive suggestions and countermeasures based on them. Through studying and the conclusion is:1.The quantity of PE teachers are obviously deficiencies, they undertake larger workload in monthly and weekly.2.Secondary vocational teachers team is young, the number of titles with highly educated is very little. 3.The structure of sports specialty is unreasonable, ball and athletics professional teachers more, gymnastics and badminton professional teachers are less.4.It didn't get the attention of deserves in the extracurricular activities and after school training.5.The level of overall research is not high, teaching investment and research inner are underpowered.6.The most sports teachers focus on physical education teaching, they have strong initiative and gain the desire, but they are not satisfied with the current working conditions and living conditions of the extent of the valued, quite part of the PE teacher are lack of their career prospects in faith.
