With the popularization of compulsory education, the state has invested more in education finance, the education level of our citizens increased greatly, but we must recognize that in the process of becoming an education power, we still face many problems, such as:the penetration of compulsory education in rural and remote areas is very low, the distribution of educational resources is unequal, the demand for high-quality education resources are not met, people begin to pay attention to education fair. Now the amount of high-quality education resources can’t meet the demand of needs, the management of educational institutions at all levels, schools, educational researchers have begun to focus on the methods to sharing and building the high-quality education resources in order to solve this problem."vChina" project aimed at connecting schools from different places to carry out distance teaching and interactive in order to share the high-quality education resources. The project has developed ten years, the participated schools cover the areas such as Shanghai, Beijing, Zhejiang, Ningbo, China Sea, Taiwan, Foshan, Malaysia, Singapore, New Zealand and Australia, and it has great influence in the field of basic education. "vChina" project has various form of activities, including debate competition, courses exchange programs, distance teaching and research, summer camps and online courses, it realize the target of sharing high-quality education resources including student resources, teacher resources and cultural resources.This paper will take "vChina" project as an example, use the methods including questionnaire and interview, in order to summarize several strategies to promote the sharing of high-quality education resources in collaboration among middle schools."vChina" project has a clear target to promote the sharing of high-quality education resources since it begins, it has the characteristics including populist and normalization, it conform to the purpose to serve for ordinary schools and common students. In the phase of establishing the structure of the organization, the project combined multi force, to build the bridge between Hong Kong and the mainland, or different provinces in the Mainland, it integrated the power from schools, colleges and universities to promote the development of the project. In the phase of popularization, the project focus on creating a good reputation, unlike some other mandatory teaching and research project, "vChina" insists the voluntary and personalized development strategies, it gives schools, teachers and students enough freedom to find the most suitable way for their own development. With the further development of the project, "vChina" project also pay attention to thorough, meticulous development, it encourages schools to conduct face to face interaction besides online communication, through honoring the outstanding cases to enhance teachers’ enthusiasm for this project. At the same time, the project follows the latest developments in the field of distance education; enrich the form of activities, such as online courses and so on."vChina" project has obvious effect in promoting high-quality education resources sharing among middle schools, this paper states its influence from three aspects, including schools, teachers and students:the school administrators say the project change the past one-sided perspective, reduce the emphasis on their college entrance rate, instead of seeking personalized training road for each student. Those weak schools in traditional sense find its own characteristic development orientation; for teachers, "vChina" project creates a more convenient and efficient means to communication, through communication with other regions of teachers, they exchange their ideas and experiences; for students, it provide the opportunity to communicate with student from other regions, they have the changes to experience a new way of learning and different regional culture, which broaden their horizons and increase knowledge, "vChina" project provides stages for students to express themselves. Unlike the past evaluation standard based on scores, this project helps teachers to find each student’s bright spot, it is benefit for their comprehensive development."vChina" project is still on its way, although it is growing rapidly, we must realize many problems at the same time. Student activity was one of the highlights of the project, but gradually declined over the years; With the development of network technology, technical superiority "vChina" project gradually weakening; Due to the press of diploma and professional title, less and less teachers devote themselves into the project, changes need happen in time.
