Distance Education Teaching Reaource Sharing Research

With the rapid development of computer technology and network technique, Distance Education has been one of important channels for people to gain knowledge and higher diploma.Ministry of Education(MOE) has paid high attention on the development of Distance Education, especially recently MOE issued some official documents to support Distance Education development in order to build effective Distance Education model based on our national situation. The relevant competent department is about to construct Education Sharing Mechanism in order to make full use of resource of superiority of key institutes of higher learning, in the meanwhile, technique standard of Distance Education will be controlled strictly, the relevant competent department will strengthen on such management in order to achieve standardization of Distance Education. Education Resource Sharing has been developing a few years overseas, but it is a new channel in China, therefore there are a few aspects need to be improved and standardized.This essay summarized Distance Education Resource Sharing Theory, the purpose of Education Resource Sharing is to optimize allocation of resource furthest, reduce overlapping investment. The development of education resource construction maximize premium resource, which would be fully used. Modern Distance Education will be on the way of sustainable development once Education Resource Sharing is to be strongly extended.UIBE Distance Education College paid high attention on management of Distance Education, and try to gradually explore and build resource sharing mechanism. The College guarantee to provide premium services to improve one’s self-regulation of learning, furthermore, the College is also about to widen the channel of Education Resource Sharing by establishing excellent courses and strengthening relationship of partners colleges. With the establishment of muti-commuunication of partners and the good performance of course alliance system, national education would be in a new stage.
