In recent years, with the deepening of the process of information, digital education resources as thekernel of information technology undergo large-scale development, which also reflected in the pre-schoolfield. The present paper will discuss preschool digitized resources development research in this framework.After reviewing relevant literature and clarifying the previous studies, and on the basis of theoreticalanalysis, we got the understanding that digital resources is sum of all available human, material and naturalresources in the whole process of the development of digital resources. Digital resources have manyprominent features, such as diversity, infinite resistance, interactivity, flexibility and sharing. Thedevelopment of digitized resource should follow some principles, such as educational principle, theprinciple of economy, the principles of individuality, the principle of fun and adaptive principle. Thedevelopment process of digital resources is as follows: first we need to do need analysis, followed by apreliminary evaluation of digital resources, and only after that we can consider the using of these digitalresources, and evaluate the digital resources from multiple perspective. In the development of digitalresources, after screen the subjects, we can employ questionnaires and interviews to master the first-handinformation of kindergarten. The statistical analysis of the survey results and interviews record indicatedthat the kindergarten has advantage in the development of digital resources. Such as the resourcedevelopment department has clear division of labor, teachers with high motivation to participate in thedigital resources, a higher proportion of self-developed, the diversity of digitized resource type, etc.However, there are still exists with questions in the development of digital resources as follows: digitizedresources allocated unevenly between the kindergartens, the cooperation between kindergartens are notfully developed, and the collaboration between kindergarten and enterprises are rather limited, the teacherslack formal IT training. Finally, based on the analysis of the current situation, from working together tobuild resources to optimize the combination of increased resource sharing, multi-channel developmentresources, to improve teachers’ enthusiasm optimization strategies. The last part of the article is a summaryof current problems, and looking forward to the future trends of the development of digital resource foryoung children and clarifying the focus of future work.
