Student management is an important part of the management of vocational colleges, but also the key to the success of the enterprise by vocational education, which determines the quality of the students, but also determines the quality of the reserve personnel of enterprises in the future, to promote the sustainable development of vocational education and enterprises, are of great significance to implement the Scientific Outlook on Development. This paper reviews and analyzes the domestic and foreign occupation education theories, and in view of student management level on the basis of literature research, through the induction, summary and research methods to explore the current situation and problems of enterprise run middle school management work of the secondary vocational colleges, who aims to provide effective practical guidance and theoretical support is engaged in the management of students management. Construct the enterprise run its own characteristics of the vocational college students management system and methods has become a very important research topic of enterprises do in the sustainable development of Vocational colleges. For this stage of enterprise run middle school occupation, student management directly affects the long-term development of the school itself, but also indirectly influence the development of construction enterprises. Accurately grasp the actual phenomenon of enterprise run management in secondary vocational school students and the existing problems and make scientific research and judgment, can improve the quality of school education, promote the all-round development of students, to mobilize students’ management and students’ enthusiasm fundamentally.Only effectively promote the continuous improvement of student management, comprehensive quality to enable enterprises to do vocational college students can be improved, so as to realize enterprises, schools, teachers, students healthy development of mutually beneficial mutual benefit.
