In the 21st century, as China's economic transformation and reform go deeper, secondary vocational education mode are also undergoing a profound change , which reflected in the expectations of students and their parents on education connotation and application value and in students' individual character development.School development orientation and vision also get more and more favour of the school management. It is necessary to re-examine the historical mission that the Times endows to vocational schools by training more useful personnel for local economy.In this paper it takes Jinjiang S schools for example, through SWOT analysis of its internal and external environment combining with the local economic development situation in Jinjiang and school-running practice, determines its future development strategies and school management mode as "cooperation of schools and enterprises, combination of work and study". The first part is quotation, a brief introduction of its research background, realistic meaning and present research situation in order to sort out ideas, functioning as a connecting link between the preceding and the following part.The second part of the vocational development of S in view of the macro and the background to make a statement, focusing on central and local government education policies and measures, Jinjiang economic development characteristics and features of the local industrial structure, Jinjiang economic development issues facing the people, Jinjiang Development of vocational schools were profile.The third part is the current situations of S school, focusing on internal environment analysis of its such basic information as teaching and management, recruitment, employment, and training ability.The fourth part is making strategic choice for S school, focusing on analysis of its SWOT trends, its external environment facing opportunities and menace, and advantages and disadvantages of its internal environment.The fifth part is the strategy implementation in S school, through the government regulation, optimizing development environment and market docking of vocational education, creating specialized brand and expanding school-running roads by relying on local cluster economy, and implementing " cooperation of schools and enterprises", finally concluding several problems to avoid during the implementation process of "cooperation of schools and enterprises, combination of work and study".The final part is conclusion and prospects, elaborating ideas of writing, emphasizing the significance of strategic research on vocational schools, and sorting out possible problems and development trend in the future development strategy research of S school and pointing out research insufficiency.
