The teacher is one of the most oldest and noble profession in human civilization. And they shoulder the sacred mission of promoting education equality and education fairness. What’s more, they also play an important role in the reform of basic education. At this stage, our teacher training system get constantly reform and improve, and the government also make a comprehensive reform to teacher education. Besides, the quality of normal university student gets significantly improved. However, teachers’ team construction has also faced with many challenges in our country. In view of the teacher training practice problems which are prominent in normal university, in August 2014, the ministry of education issued "the opinion about the implementation of outstanding teacher training plan", aimed at by implementing outstanding teacher training plan to promote teacher education institutions comprehensive reform, and to foster outstanding teachers needed in basic education, as well as optimize the teaching staff of basic education. Therefore, we must further emancipate the mind, with the spirit of deepen the reform, to break the frame structure of the personnel training mode, which is relatively single and conservative, lack of flexibility and time features.In order to promote the progress of outstanding teacher training project, this study through the literature analysis method at home and abroad on teacher education training mode of literature reviewing.At the same time, through comparative analysis of the United States, Britain, Germany and other countries of the outstanding teacher training practice and domestic implementation of the outstanding teacher training colleges and universities for comparative analysis.Firstly, the connotation and background of the excellent teacher is discussed,based on the connotation of outstanding teachers, which provides theoretical support for this study.Then through the analysis of the development of domestic teacher education, the problems of current teacher education in China are pointed out,such as the target location of the target is vague, the curriculum system needs to be reformed, the structure of the teachers is unreasonable, and the practice of education is weak.Finally, aiming at the problems of the traditional teacher education in Teachers Colleges and Universities,under the guidance of the theory of teacher professional development,by building the integration of culture, to recognize the talents training goal of clear, strict selection of source of standards, set up rich and reasonable curriculum system, to form a diversified teaching staff and set up complete quality guarantee system and so on,try to create a new model for the cultivation of the outstanding teachers’ talents in China.
