With the rapid development of social, economic, culture and science andtechnology, the state and society make more demands on the universities and colleges.Innovative talents with high quality and practical ability become the educational goalof university undergraduate education. The ministry of education has issued thenational mid and long-term reform and development plan outline (2010-2020),Comprehensive several opinions on improving the quality of higher education (highereducation article thirsty), The university innovation ability promotion plan and soon,in order to comprehensively plan the development of higher education. Therefore,the government, colleges and universities must think of some ways as soon aspossible to solve the personnel training problems of university undergraduateeducation. In view of the background of higher education reform, through the analysisof the actual situation, the study builds the personnel training model of universityundergraduate with the integration of scientific research and teaching, which hopes tosolve the problem of undergraduate education in our country and produce morecreative talents to satisfy the state and society needs.The essay has five chapters. In the first chapter, the study sorted out the originand development of the integration of scientific research and teaching from the anglesof foreign and domestic. The scientific research and teaching integration theory broadoriginated from Humboldt’s combination of teaching and scientific research to theGilman’s inheritance and innovation at Johns University and then to Boyer’s theintegration of science and teaching concept return in university undergraduateeducation. In1950s, domestic university appeared the concept of the integration ofscientific research and teaching, but it was on the initial stage. Then in1980s, with therules about the education made, the teaching and scientific research game has born.Next, with develop the country through science and education putting forward, thetheory with the integration of scientific research and teaching has come into a newdevelopment period till now. Because of the state and the social demand forinnovative talents increasing, the development of higher education and universityundergraduate education, it makes the more deep calls for the integration of scientificresearch and teaching of university undergraduate education. In the second chapter,the essay analyzes the necessity for carrying out the integration of scientific researchand teaching, containing the development of the society and economy, developmentof higher education, the growing trend and actual needs. Then it from the basic characteristic of the teacher’s teaching and science, the successful instances with theintegration of scientific research and teaching, good research conditions and fundingfour angles analyzes the possible to implement the integration of scientific researchand teaching in the university undergraduate education. In the third chapter, the studyanalyzes the present situation in the university undergraduate education with theintegration of scientific research and teaching, and finds the problems, then figuresout the reasons. In the fourth chapter, the essay builds the personnel training model ofuniversity undergraduate education with the integration of scientific research andteaching, which from training idea, training objective, training ways with theintegration of scientific research and teaching. To ensure that smooth implementationof the integration of scientific research and teaching of university undergraduatepersonnel training, in the fifth chapter, the study puts forwards some policies andsafeguards in the views of the state that directs the development of university,universities which is the cradle of talents, teachers who implement the integration ofscientific research and teaching, students as the main body of training, combiningwith the current situation of university undergraduate education.Finally, it hopes that in efforts of the state, society, universities, teachers andstudents to implement the personnel training model of university undergraduate withthe integration of scientific research and teaching, which is to promote thedevelopment of university undergraduate education career and the progress of highereducation enterprise in our country. So that the comprehensive strength of our countrywill be improved, and the overall quality of people will be improved, which makesour country get into the developed country as soon as possible.
