Teachers are responsible for the cultivation of talents.The quality and ability of teachers have a great impact on the quality of education.In order to improve the quality of education and improve overall national strength,the cultivation of outstanding teachers has become the common goal of the international education community.In 2014,the Ministry of Education of China proposed the"Outstanding Teacher Training Program",which aims to comprehensively improve the quality of teacher training and fully demonstrate the importance the state attaches to the construction of the teaching staff.At present,the eyes of domestic researchers mainly focus on the relevant policy plans,professional standards,training models,curriculum settings,etc.of outstanding teachers.It is known from the relevant literature that the curriculum construction in the pre-service education stage has far-reaching significance for the development of excellent teachers,but most of the research at the level of theoretical analysis,there are few specific empirical studies Based on this,this study aims to construct and implement the course of "Secondary Biology Course and Teaching Practice Research" with the aim of teaching a master of full-time education with the outstanding reserve strength of the outstanding teachers and explore effective ways to develop outstanding teachers.The study uses the ADDIE model as the theoretical basis for course construction.Based on the analysis of teaching needs and other aspects,the goal of the course is to improve the professional ethics and educational beliefs,professional knowledge and professional ability of the Master of Education.On this basis,the course content is designed for middle school biology education.The combination of teaching knowledge and teaching practice,and the development of online learning platforms and learning resources,followed by a master's degree in subject education(biological)full-time education in a teacher's college,and finally through the results of learner achievement and learner feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of this courseThrough this study,a well-defined and content-rich teacher training course have been builtAccording to the results of the course implementation,the course has achieved initial success and achieved the expected training objectives.The master of the full-time education of the subject teaching(biological)has made progress and improvement in professional ethics and educational beliefs,professional knowledge and professional competence.Therefore,this course has certain reference significance for the construction of pre-vocational education courses aiming at cultivating outstanding teachers.
