As is one of traditional and the most important home cooperation methods, the kindergarten parents’ meeting has been widely used and concerned. Researching the kindergarten parents role has important significance to promoting early childhood development, enhancing teacher exchanges, promoting home cooperation efficiency, and promoting the democratization process of preschool education. Through the literature method, interview method, observation method and the method of material collecting, This study firstly explores and constructs the basic idea of kindergarten parents role, clears the ideal parent role is "partners"; On this basis, it investigates the reality role of parents through interactive theory; Then uses the field theory and the theory of structural functionalism to analysed factors that influence kindergarten parents parents role; Finally puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the subjectivity of parents role.Researches show that in terms of role cognition and expectation, teachers and parents should define the subjectivity orientation of parents,from the self-behavior, autonomy, initiative and creativity,these four aspects, to comprehensively put implementation on the body of the utility of parent role. In practice, however, there isonly a part of parents who know and give full play to their initiative and creativity, teachers are also being difficult to correctly Orient the role of parents. In terms of role behavior, parents should theoretically interact and exchange with the teachers and other parents, adapt to the role transformation in the interaction, avoid role strain, alleviate the role conflict, avoid dislocation of the role, prevent the failure of the role. But, in kindergarten interactive practice of parents and teachers:teachers are in the absolute subject status in more time, they control the flowing open, interactive behavior about the behavior of the parents, parents are mostly stay in the passive position, their words and deeds are affected and controlled by the teachers; the interaction process are mainly by teachers to control, manage, govern and guide, parents obey and rely on teachers; The interaction behavior nature between teachers and parents are different from the interactive subjects; Interaction behavior between teachers and parents of different age classes both have something in common, and something different. In role performance, parents’ well playing of partner role’ subjectivity can both achieve consistency of education, promote cooperation, and achieve the development of three main body. In the practice of the parents’ meeting, the parent roles’ specific contributions:the first is improving children’s performance, promoting children’s physical and mental development comprehensively, healthily and harmoniously; The second is enriching and promoting parents education experience and ability; the third is promoting the professional development of preschool teachers; and the last is improving the quality of early childhood education.This study analyzes the factors affecting the role of parents. From the objective perspective:parents of children of different age class, there is a big difference between their role behavior performances; Teachers’ influence on the role of parents mainly comes from thechanging of teachers’ controlling degree, it is outstandingly showed from that: teachers is in the absolute subject status, parents’ degree of dependence and subordination on teachers is higher, relatively stay in passively position; Parent meeting’s theme, form and size all have a direct impact on the parents, witch decide if parents can actively give play to their subjectivity, realize effectively the effect of main body. From the subjective aspect, parents’ reasonable expectations and understanding of the role, and active practice on their own role’s specification requirements, are the the basis and premise for parents to give full play to their role utility in the kindergarten parents meeting.Based on this, this study puts forward some Suggestions and strategy on promoting parent role function effectively. For parents themselves, firstly, they must set up scientific and reasonable role consciousness, clear their "partners" role; Next, open interaction actively, promote the close communication with teachers. For teachers, first of all, is to make scientific and reasonable role positioning of parents, determine the true connotation of the "connection and cooperation", carry out the cooperation concept of "I is our"; Next,to grasp their own control degree effectively, elect more opening and interactive mode of parent meeting, initiate more interaction with parents, reduce the "authority", "direct instruction" to "guiding" and make feedback in time, promote interaction. For kindergarten, it should perfect cooperation mechanism with home, realize "parents are always welcome to visit", to promote the whole home cooperation of long-term development.
