The Study Of Profession Work Of Parents’ Day

Proper preparation work is the guarantee for a successful Parents’ Day. Firstly, this thesis researched on the overall situation, cognition and procedures of kindergarten Parents’Day. Secondly, analyzed the current problems and influential factors that teachers are facing. Finally, summarized the trend of preparation work and discussed how to improve the situation in result of preparation work carried out by a higher lever which is more efficient.Combined the analysis of questionnaires and interview with teachers reached the following conclusions:1.Most teachers pay high attention to preparation work. Even though there is significant differences exists in different individuals, but the education level of teachers doesn’t affect the preparation work. Overall the quality of preparation is satisfying. But result may vary according to different individual circumstances.2.For the basic aspects of preparation work showed us problems like lack of creativity, pay too much attention to parents other than students. Teachers usually start the preparation work half month ahead and hold the actual parents’Day beside the class time such like lunch break or free activity time. The three main factors which affects the smooth of preparation work are individual, institution and the event itself.3.As for the trend of preparation work of Parents’Day shows as follow, teachers are pay more and more attention to it; Parents are playing a more important role; teachers are gradually using more time on preparation work; more parents want to be part of it and the event itself gradually shows more creativity.4.Taking all the analysis results into consideration, author give suggestions towards three aspects which is teacher, kindergarten and parents. Hoping it could be helpful for improving the quality of kindergarten Parents’Day.
