The Research Of Child Parents’ Satisfaction With Kindergarten In Shenyang

Through the study of parents of kindergarten’s satisfaction, and have an understand of child parents’ satisfaction which has great significance to improve the kindergarten management and conduct the parents work effectively. Eventually, improve the cooperation between parents and kindergarten and promote young children’s development.The research mainly used interviews, literature, observation and questionnaire. Based on the analysis of the past research, stratified random sample of Tiexi District, Dadong District, Huanggu District, Shen He District, Heping District, Yuhong District 6 District of Shenyang city, 12 kindergartens, including six public kindergartens, and six private kindergartens, a total of 36 classes, issued to the parents of 720 parents of kindergarten satisfaction questionnaire, 580 valid questionnaires, a recovery rate of 84% through the study shows that:1.The parents of kindergarten overall satisfaction between satisfied and very satisfied between. In each dimension, the parents of faculty satisfaction with service, followed by the management and curriculum content and development; most dissatisfied with the equipment and facilities and homes interaction.2. The father in the faculty and the curriculum content and development dimensions is higher than the mother.3. Parents of boy’s in management dimension of satisfaction is higher than the parents of girl’s.4. The higher the monthly family income of parents, lower satisfaction on the course content and the development dimension.5. The higher the educational level, the lower satisfaction on the course content and the development, faculty services and homes interaction.6. Different occupations of parents in the management of equipment and facilities and groves differences. Occupation as professional and technical personnel of the parents on the equipment and facilities are most dissatisfied, occupation as "agricultural laborers" most satisfactory; career for enterprises satisfaction, occupation as "unemployed" is the most satisfactory.7. The parents of different nature kindergarten has different degree satisfaction. Public kindergarten parents in equipment and facilities and faculty satisfaction than the private kindergartens parents; the private kindergarten parents in homes interaction on satisfaction than public kindergartens parents.8. The parents of different grades has different degree satisfaction. On the dimension of the facilities, curriculum content and services, homes interaction and overall satisfaction, the most satisfied with the “middle class”, followed by "Taipan", are most dissatisfied with the "small".
