Research On The Quality Of Development Of Minority Nationality College Student By Ideological And Political Education And The Counter Plan

Education is the most difficult and largest subject in the modern society. Because the education of national minority is national, its difficulty of depth and breadth is more outstanding. Along with China’s social transformation and economic transition is carried forward continuously, the ethnic minorities take place of a series of changes, such as, the way of thinking, ideological concept, value orientation, attitude and so on.As a proactive ideology of the main population of ethnic minorities, ethnic minority university student are the first people who are the main recipients of communicators in the social transformation and economic transition. Therefore, strengthening the ideological and political education work of ethnic minority college student will have the very important theory and practice meaning in the further implementation of the central committee of the communist party of the several opinions on strengthening and improving ideological and political work, and in the central conference spirit of ideological and political work. Ideological and political education from the view of studying the development of ethnic minority college student’ quality problem is based on the perspective of ideological and political education. Through the function which the ideological and political education can directly develop the minority college student’ ideological and political moral quality and the function which can indirectly develop ethnic minority college student’ intelligent qualities and physical quality, we can make the minority college student be the qualified builders and successors of socialist modernization. Comparing with the general college student, due to historical and realistic reasons, the ideological and political education on the quality of development has a certain particularity. However, due to its own limitations, the traditional ideological and political education cannot satisfy the actual needs to a great extent. Therefore, it also has many problems in improving the quality of ethnic minority college student in ideological and political education. On this basis, the research of ideological and political education development of ethnic minority college student’ quality is from the main problems of the current development, explores the reasons of the existence of these problems finds out the issue and prescribes the remedy to the case. The structure of this paper is mainly according to the following three chapters in the order.The first chapter:the basic overview of the development of ethnic minority college student’ quality through ideological and political education. This chapter mainly studies the relevant concepts of the development of ethnic minority college student’quality through ideological and political education. This chapter mainly studies the content of the minority college student’ quality development and this topic research’s value. This part mainly answered this Need to clarify the basic theoretical problems, which is the logic starting point of this topic research.The second chapter:the main problems and reason analysis of ethnic minority college student’ quality through the ideological and political education.This chapter concentrates on the process of the main problems and the reasons of ideological and political education about the development of ethnic minority college student’quality. This chapter is the logical extension of this selected topic research.The third chapter:advancing the countermeasure thought of actual effect in the ideological and political education development of ethnic minority college student’s quality. This chapter is mainly based on the first two chapters’study, puts forward solving the countermeasures quality problem in developing minority nationality college student ideological and political education. This part mainly answered the countermeasures of thinking and solved the problem of the logic of this thesis research purpose.
