School-based curriculum is an activity with individual, not only including implementing state or local curriculum in a personal way, also including school-based curriculum development.The characteristics of primary education is the development of learning interest,basic knowledge and basic ability.The School-based curriculum has an important role in these aspects.But,itself and its implementation in a large extent reflecting the characteristics of primary education needs to launch the evaluation.In the process,school administrators play a role of value guide,teachers can clarify the concept of school-based curriculum and their own implementation capacity,students experience their self-growth,parents express their educational needs and community and professional brainstrust can offer advice and suggestions.So,a evaluation system of the school-based implementation is to guarantee the normal development of the school-based curriculum evaluation.So,a evaluation system of the school-based implementation is to guarantee the normal development of the school-based curriculum evaluation.In this study, using the literature research method to get a conclusion understanding of the school-based curriculum evaluation system in primary education;Using the document analysis to master the current policy of school-based curriculum development and evaluation;Constructing of the evaluation system school-based curriculum in primary education on the previous research.Also using case study method to investigate S primary school in Chongqing. Starting from the construction and implementation of school-based curriculum evaluation system,I analyse the value orientation and behavior of principals, teachers, students, parents and social professional organizations etc.Mastering the effect and influence of school-based curriculum evaluation system in S schools from the observation, interview and policy data collection to provide a reference case for the school-based curriculum evaluation system in theory.The paper is divided into four parts:Introduction includes selected topic reason, research status, research review, research significance,research thought and methods,research heavy and difficult points,research innovation points.This part is the premise to carry out the research and providing the research direction and methodology.The second part is the theory construction of school-based curriculum evaluation system in primary In this part,it firstly explores the value of "Primary School","School","Curriculum","Evaluation" and"System".Secondly,clarifying the thought direction of this evaluation system in the sense. The development as its philosophy is based on humanistic value orientation of curriculum, the humanistic spirit of the value pursuit and the subjectivity value.And,it indicates that the development is emphasized development and enhancing the value of the process, is the emphasis on the present and future, is to emphasize multiple participation.Thirdly,constructing the index system of school-based curriculum in the primary education from the curriculum plan, curriculum implementation and curriculum achievements.Finally,explaining method from the evaluation subject, object, method and organization framework.The third part is selected as a case study of S school for a reference.From current situation description of S school,it explains the reason that choosing S school as a case study.Then,observing and recording the idea and implementation of the school-based curriculum evaluation system in S school.At last,sharing the experience and deficiency of the school-based curriculum evaluation system in S school.The forth part is to perfect the school-based curriculum evaluation system,both in S school and in theory.It improves the school-based curriculum evaluation system in S school on the basis of experience sharing and data.And it also supplements and improves the theory construction in this study.
