With the basic education curriculum reform and the professional development of teachers is becoming more and more important, teacher cooperation has become an important topic of education research.China, however, as an agricultural country, the rural teachers’ cooperation situation is not optimistic, because of the geographical environment, education resources, the education background and cognitive style differences. As one of the main forms of teacher cooperation,rural teachers in the peer coaching behave very weak, for example, the traditional concept of teachers be secure against assault、most peer teachers coaching become a mere formality、schools in the management and security are not in place、peer coaching did not achieve the desired effect.In view of the above problems, at first, this paper adopts the literature method to fully understand the teachers’ cooperation and the peer coaching, carding the research status at home and abroad. Then through the questionnaire and interviews in Sha-he City, Hebei province N rural primary and middle school teachers of peer understanding, behavior, effect and security status of the investigation and analysis of its causes. Finally, put forward the construction strategy of strengthening rural teachers peer coaching from the concept, behavior,evaluation and security. The thesis is divided into four parts:Part I: the Introduction. Including the research of theoretical and practical significance,the related research both at home and abroad, the thinking of research methods and research innovations.Part II: Theoretical analysis of peer coaching. Explained the core concept 、 the peer coaching theory foundation and the significance of peer coaching.Part III: Survey and analysis of peer coaching. First of all, illustrates the relevant investigation, then feedback teachers peer mutual understanding, behavior, effect and security of information.Part IV: Analyzes the reasons for weak peer teachers in rural primary and secondaryschools. Respectively from the teachers themselves, school administrators and teachers in rural culture three aspects analyzes the reasons.Part V:Strengthen the construction of peer coaching strategy of rural primary and middle school teachers. Put forward the concrete construction strategy system from four aspects: the concept level, provide ideological guidelines for peer coaching; the behavioral level, provide the implementation direction for peer coaching; the evaluation level, provide supervision and guidance for peer coaching; the level of security, provide powerful support for peer coaching.
