Ladder Training For Children Aging 7-8 Years Old Action Coordination Effect Of Experimental Research

In recent years, with the development of science and technology and the progress of human civilization, the modern society is full of electric products. For instance, there are more and more so-called “the bow group” and “zombie”, and what’s worse, the age of these groups has become younger and younger. In order to do work, parents leave electric products to children allowed to play them. In this way, children are lack of physical exercise but operational game with eyes and hands, which imposes restrictions on the children’s normal activities. Besides, due to the successive deterioration of environment, including fog and haze weather appearing everywhere,the gym class is transferred from outdoors to indoor, which narrows the scope of children’s activities. Moreover, children lose their interests because of the dull and single contents of sports teaching. Last but not least, in the purpose of decreasing the incidence of injuries, schools have canceled many sports events. As a result, children don’t know what they should play, and they can only chase each other during their free time. This series problems of child behavior have attracted more and more attention. At present, there are more and more children suffered from sensory integration dysfunction, children account for 27 percent of the population. As we all know, children are the future of the country, so their quality of life directly relates to the development and heritage of the whole nation.Children’s brain nerve is close to a stable state from the age of 7, and lots of children without constitutional nature could flexible dominate muscle and various parts of body. They can skip rope, climb, jump and so on. They could have a better control of the balance of the body and also have a test for coordination ability of audiovisual recognition and sense of identity training. Starosta thinks that the period of from 7 to 13 years old is the best time to develop the ability of the movement harmoniousness. Chen Quanshou pointed out that the early reasonable sports experience is crucial to the development of the adolescent’s both physical and mental health and the acquisition about all kinds of sports skills in the future. B.H. Prato Refu[Russia] believes that the sensitive period about the development of the movement coordination is between the ages of 6 and 12, and then there would be a relatively steady state. As for teachers, we should choose effective way students like to exercise in sports teaching, make full use of the sensitive period about the development of the movement coordination, and cultivate children’s movement coordination effectively, all of those are very significant for the future development of children. Therefore, it is a inevitable trend to explore the training methods about contributing to improve children’s movement coordination.By the methods of document consultation, data analysis, experimentation and so on, this study probed into the theory and practice concerning the ladder training method. In Shijiazhuang, the students who are in the second grade of Yuhua West Road and Talks South Road primary schools were randomly designed as the control classes and the experimental classes. The research was carried out for three months, in which Yuhua West Road primary school classes(N=35),and that in comparative classes experiment(N=35); Talks South Road primary school classes(N=51), and that in comparative classes(N=51). I tested the body shape and the movement coordination of the experimental classes and control classes before and after the experiment, in which I used height and weight as a metric of body shape; I selected the rope skipping, hands dribbling, feet horn bow tapping the ball run, cross panting, lateral intersection, quick step on quasi, playing behind seven indicators as the metric of the movement coordination.Meanwhile, I used SPSS18.0 to analyze the experimental data. Before the experiment I selected these two primary schools, the body shape and seven coordination index of the experimental classes and the control classes are both P>0.05, there is no significantly difference. After this experiment, I analyze the test metrics, the result shows that the ladder training had an obvious effect for the improvement of 7-8 years old children’s movement coordination(P<0.01)Conclusions:Ladder training for 7-8 years old children action coordination advantages in feet horn bow tapping the ball, cross panting, quick step, playing throw quasi four aspects.The ladder training method means for 7-8 years old children coordination have a positive impact.
