In the second half of 2017,the Chinese Basketball Association launched the "Little Basketball" promotion program for young people under 12 years old.Its main purpose is to improve the training level of young basketball players,so that youngsters and children can better access basketball and get more children to walk.Into the basketball court.The movement of the footsteps in the basketball is the basis of the movement.The ability to move the footsteps is very important for a basketball player,especially during the physical development of the adolescent.How to use the more scientific training methods to target the training of youth basketball players' footsteps and improve their footwork mobility is a problem that is highly valued by the sports industry.This article uses the literature data method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and experiment method,and uses the ladder training as an assisted training method to migrate to the training of the basketball project,and explores the training method for the ability of the 10-12 year old male basketball player to walk.Affected,the ability of young basketball players to move their feet is influenced by two factors: sensitive quality factor and moving speed factor.The sensitive quality and speed of footwork affect each other.The study compares the effects of the ladder training with traditional footwork training.The effect of the ladder training on the sensitivity and pace of foot movements of 20 male basketball players aged 10-12 in Beijing Xingrui Basketball School is studied,and the athletes participating in the experiment are randomized.Divided into experimental group and control group,each group of 10 people,the two groups of test subjects were homogenized before the experiment.The same training conditions were used during the experiment.At the same time,the children's basketball players from 10 to 12 years old were tested,and the data were obtained and analyzed statistically.The following conclusions were drawn:First,the training of the ladder can improve the performance of the four indicators of the sensitive qualities of the experimental class.After training and testing,it is found that the training of the ladder is more conducive to the improvement of the agility of male basketball players aged 10 to 12 than traditional footwork training.Second,for 10 to 12 year old male basketball players,the ladder training can increase the speed of their movement,especially the speed of backward running and sideways running.Third,for 10 to 12 year old men's basketball players,the ladder training can increase the speed of their movement.Fourth,for 10 to 12 year old male basketball players,the comparison between the ladder training and traditional footwork training methods can better improve the speed of their movement.Through the ladder training,the level of mobile technology of children's basketball players between the ages of 10 to 12 has been improved.However,the difference between stepping speed and traditional training is not obvious.
