Sensitive quality is the most comPlex Physical quality of the human body,involving the coordination of Power,flexibility,and hand-eye coordination.The training of sensitive quality is actually the training of the cerebral cortical nerve Process flexibility and the sensitivity of various organs.As a Part of the development of Physical fitness,sensitive quality is also an imPortant indicator to measure the Physical fitness of students.Sensitive quality Plays a very imPortant role and Position in Physical fitness.It is a comprehensive manifestation of other Physical qualities in sPorts.As one of the five qualities of the human body,the sensitive quality is an imPortant Part of Physical quality.It is of great significance to the completion of technical movements in our lives and sPorts.Good sensitive quality can helP young PeoPle to quickly and accurately grasP various technical actions.Thereby mastering a motor skill.Since 11-12 children are in the sensitive Period of development of sensitive quality,it is esPecially necessary to exPlore aPProPriate intervention methods for children’s sensitive qualities.In this study,students from four grades in the fourth grade of Beijing Experimental Primary School were used as experimental subjects.Among them,the fourth grade was a soft ladder class,and a soft ladder was used to Practice intervention.The second class of the fourth grade is a hexagonal ball class,which uses a hexagonal ball to Practice intervention.The fourth class of the fourth grade is a roPe ladder and a hexagonal ball class.The hexagonal ball and the roPe ladder are used to comprehensively Practice the intervention method.The fourth grade of the fourth grade is a control class for normal Physical education.The four classes were tested for homogeneity before the experiment.The four classes tried to ensure that the experiment was carried out under the same environment,that is,the exercise intensity and time control.After the exPeriment,the sensitivity traits of four classmates were tested,and the corresponding data were obtained.The data were statistically analyzed and the results were obtained.1.RoPe ladder Practice,hexagonal ball Practice and the comprehensive Practice of roPe ladder and hexagonal ball in the 20s rePeated test jumP Performance is significantly better than the control class,esPecially the roPe ladder class 20s rePeated test jumP jumP improvement results are most significant.And the comprehensive Practice scores of the roPe ladder and the hexagonal ball are better than the hexagonal ball Practice class.2.On the 10m round-triP run,the results of the four classes decreased,and the results of the control class decreased the most.The hexagonal ball class has the least drop.3.In Illinois,the comprehensive training class of the roPe ladder,the hexagonal ball class,the roPe ladder and the hexagonal ball was significantly better than the control class,and the roPe ladder class was the most significant.4.In the resPonse time sensitive quality test indicators,the scores of the four classes have imProved,the roPe ladder class,the hexagonal ball class and the comprehensive Practice class of the roPe ladder and the hexagonal ball all show significant differences in the resPonse time indicators,among which the roPe ladder and the hexagon The Performance of the ball is the most significant.Although the control class has also imProved,the difference is not obvious.5.ExPlain that the intervention of the roPe ladder and the hexagonal ball has a Positive effect on the improvement of the sensitive quality of the Primary school students.
