The rapid development of economy, driven by the reform of the management system of higher vocational colleges, attention from vocational colleges leadership, our government and the education sector is self-evident for higher education, the scale formation of the rapid development of management system is gradually mature, the supporting management has been put on the agenda, as part of the practice of community management, the role and influence of which is increasingly obvious, but much of its management and system is not that perfect, so through summary and the research on this topic, reasons for the lack of function of the current management of the communities in higher vocational colleges will be discussed, aims to develop the community activities in Higher Vocational Colleges management system, provide auxiliary tools for new research of community management in Higher Vocational Colleges.From the perspective of public management, with the use of related management theory and the use of literature method, action research method and survey research method, management systems of vocational colleges association is mainly discussed in this thesis, on the basis of the current research status, Space for the research results and possible innovations of this article can be achieved. This thesis also defines community management, relevant concepts of student organizations, vocational colleges, etc., explicits the type and characteristics of the student community, the function and the role to play, in addition, combined with the development process of Students’ Associations in institutions, focusing on several management levels of student organizations in vocational colleges, take Jiangsu City Vocational College as an example for empirical research, through questionnaires and interviews to obtain first-hand information, according to data analysis above, related corrective measures to improve the management system of community colleges could be put forward, and innovation of community management could also be conducted, from the following points to be studied, such as the development of community leadership system management, student self management, training to optimize the integration of community management of resources, building community organizations Culture, strengthen the incentive evaluation mechanism and evaluation system, strengthen school-enterprise cooperation, focusing on construction and other professional associations and management, community management of higher vocational colleges could be improved.
