Under the background of the new urbanization, how to improve the human capital and promote the career of migrant-workers, as the implementation object of the vocational education and training, is increasingly becoming the hot of academic attention and discussion. This paper conforms to the research trend and uses literature method, questionnaire method and interview method comprehensively. By researching on migrant-workers’human capital present situation and its effect on career success, the paper divided it into two aspects, the explicit human capital and implicit human capital. The explicit human capital includes education training, work experience and health while the implicit human capital includes work attitude, learning consciousness, interpersonal relationship and career planning. The main conclusions are as follows:1. In the explicit human capital of migrant-workers:The level of education is low; Training experience is relatively short; Work experience is paid great attention, as a result, health is often sacrificed for more benefits of human capital.2. In the implicit human capital of migrant-workers:Work attitude is very important to human capital; The migrant-workers learning consciousness is relatively weak; The interpersonal relationship is relatively simple; Most migrant-workers have not a clear career planning.3. In the explicit human capital of migrant-workers:Education and training and its each dimension makes no effect on career success and has its internal deep reason; Working experience has a positive influence on organizational competitiveness, career satisfaction and career success. Health has a positive influence on inside and outside of organizational competitiveness and career success.4. In the implicit human capital of migrant-workers:Work attitude has a positive influence on career success and its each dimension; Learning consciousness has a negative impact on career satisfaction and career success and it has its internal deep reason:Interpersonal relationship has no effect in career success and it has its each dimension, and it has its internal deep reason; Career planning has a positive influence on career success and it also has its each dimension.This paper investigates the current situation of rural migrant-workers’human capital and its influence on career success creatively, making up for the deficiency of the existing research, and providing the theoretical basis and practical reference for subsequent migrant-workers present situation of human capital and career success of related research.
