The Study Of Female Migrant Workers' Human Capital Investment

This study selected migrant wokers in area of Fuzhou, Fuqing, Changle as samples.We adopted the methods of random access and questionnaire to get first-hand information,and combined with existing data and literature data to study female migrant workers'human capital investment in Fuzhou city. There are more than half of the total female woekers in Fuzhou.Their human capital investment has great significance to accelerate the construction and promote the transfomation of economic growth mode of Fuzhou Economic Zone.The basic situation of female migrant workers in Fuzhou is: women migrant workers'human capital stock is low,and the level of education focused on the middle school level; follow-up investment of women migrant workers is inadequate,and they ofen haive fewer opportunities for job training,and most multi-skills training is at primary level; In addition, women migrant workers'investment in health care is also serious lack,social security insurance is low, and the work environment has to be improved. Second,from the two aspects of female migrant workers'investors and investment environment in Fuzhou,we analysised the force causes of capital investment: this study display that the investment of the main investing body such as the Government, employers and individuals is seriously short, coupled with the lack of good human capital investment environment, leading that female migrant workers human capital investment is at low level. Finally, from the viewing angle of investors and investment environment,we put forward some policy recommendations, such as the cooperation between the Government and employer,the improvement of social environment and policy environment and the active participation of female migrant workers and so on.In these,cooperation is the most effective means,environment is a prerequisite and paticipationg of female migrant wokers is the key.
