Since the reform and opening up,with the development of China's economy and society and the transformation of the industrial structure,the birth of a batch of "migrant workers",the rural population into the city to seek employment opportunities is more and more common,and gradually become an important force in the construction of cities,for China's economic development to do dedication.At the same time,their employment has also been social attention,the quality of employment has become a new focus of attention.However,at the present stage,there are still many problems in the employment quality of migrant workers in China.One of the main reasons for these problems is the lack of technical level and related quality of migrant workers.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the comprehensive quality of migrant workers.From the perspective of labor economics,human capital investment can help migrant workers to increase their own knowledge reserve and technical accumulation,improve their comprehensive quality,and then increase the possibility of them getting more work remuneration and knowledge of rights and interests protection,and finally help their employment quality to be improved.In turn,the improvement of migrant workers' working ability will also lead to brighter career development,richer wealth accumulation and more opportunities for further human capital investment such as vocational training.Therefore,it is necessary to study the interaction between the human capital investment of migrant workers and their comprehensive employment quality.This is not only related to the quality of employment of migrant workers,affecting their employment ability and living conditions,but also related to the final implementation of China's relevant employment policies.Firstly,this paper selects an appropriate index system to measure the quality of employment through theoretical analysis.Secondly,relevant data from 2009 to 2017 were selected,and the index of employment quality of migrant workers was quantified by entropy method,and the index data of each corresponding year showed an increasing trend year by year.Similarly,the entropy value method is used to calculate that the human capital investment also presents an increasing trend year by year.Therefore,in order to analyze the interaction between the two,the grey correlation analysis method is adopted to construct the model,and finally it is concluded that the interaction degree between major forms of human capital investment and employment quality of migrant workers from 2009 to 2017 has been increasing in recent years.However,the level of interaction between different types of human capital investment and employment quality is still relatively low.Therefore,based on the reality of human capital investment and employment quality of migrant workers in China,some Suggestions are put forward to improve the degree of interaction.
