Based on the literature review of human capital, social capital, psychological capital and early career success, this dissertation did the oretical analysis and empirical study on the relationship between human capital, social capital, psychological capital and early career success of college senior students. Limitations of this study and suggestions on future research were discussed as well.In the part of theoretical analysis, the author conducted a literature review on human capital, social capital, psychological capital and the relationships of these three capitals with the early career success, and developedrelevant theoretical hypotheses.In the part of empirical study, the author developed a questionnaire and surveyed 310 college students. The questionnaire includes questions asessing human capital, social capital, psychological capital and early career success. Human capital had five dimensions: work skills, teamwork skill, knowledge, campus experience,intern experience; social capital included three dimensions: relationship category,relational characteristics,information and favors.There were 4 dimensions in psychological capital: self-efficacy, hope, optimistic, resilience. There were three dimensions in early career success: career satisfaction, subjective self-perceived inside and outside competitive strength, salary. Through the investigation with graduating bachelors, masters and doctors of colleges and universities, the author got 310 usable questionnaires. SPSSl7.0 and LISREL8.8 were used to make reliability analysis and validity analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. Most of the results verified the research hypotheses developed in the theoretical analysis part.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1) the work skill, teamwork skill, intern experience of human capital have effect on graduating students'career satisfaction and self-perceived inside and outside competitive strength; teamwork skill, intern experience of human capital have effect the salary of graduating students; the hope dimension of psychological capital has effect on career satisfaction of graduating students; self-efficacy, hope, and resilience of psychological capital have effect on self-perceived inside and outside competitive strength of graduating students. ( 2 ) educational level has effect on salary of graduating students. Parents'annual income has affect on self-perceived inside and outside competitive strength and salary of graduating students.
