With today’s increasing academic pressure, learning to adapt has become a great problem for a student in the process of seeking knowledgee. According to statistics, China has more than 20% of high school students have varying degrees of learning to adapt to the problem, but research on these issues and make the most of learning to adapt to concentrate on the theoretical level, in accordance with the characteristics of individual students to design specific intervention programs is minimal.This study summarizes a lot of research on the basis of domestic and foreign, to learn about the factors adaptation in the face of a large number of visitors through questionnaires, observation, interviews and other selected three different cases, through in-depth understand their situation, to clarify the nature of its influence adaptive learning, stimulate learning motivation from each, self-training, mental health education in three areas to develop specific intervention programs for a three-stage intervention. In the case for lack of motivation to learn through discussion persuasion, respectively, from the inspired motivation to learn, to carry out the recent creation of three targets, using the example of the Model Law casework counseling approach. The need for self-training of the cases, the main focus relaxation, learning strategies and learning methods to carry out the three aspects. The need to improve their mental health cases, mainly around the promotion of positive coping styles, EFT emotional intervention self-service technology, and to promote harmonious relationships in three areas to carry. To some extent, by the intervention is to verify the different dimensions of learning whether adaptation interventions help enhance their learning ability to adapt. After the intervention is completed, propose appropriate recommendations for each case of education, finally, analyzed and summarized in this research process deficiencies.
