Intervention Research On Preschool Behavior Problems Of Migrant Workers' Children From The Perspective Of School Social Work

The behavioral problems of migrant children in preschool education in cities are becoming the focus of attention in the field of school social work research.Through the preliminary evaluation of the preschool behavior of 52 migrant children in Shanghai H kindergarten,these children have found that they have language development obstacles,lack of social communication ability,self-emotion management out of control,and insufficient early information identification ability.In order to effectively improve the preschool behavior of migrant children,the Montessori education method is used to comprehensively apply the school social work concepts and methods to randomly divide the subjects into New Montessori education small classes and New Montessori education middle classes,and use New Montessori education tools as intervention tools.Using the combination of case counseling and class activities in school social work,professional counseling for typical cases,and improving the preschool behavior of migrant children through class activities such as emotional vocabulary,picture book reading,parent-child interaction,supplemented by observations and interviews.Various methods and techniques are used to evaluate and analyze the intervention process and intervention effects.The study found that after the intervention of the New Montessori educational research,the language expression ability,the social communication ability,the self-emotion management ability and the early information recognition ability of migrant children were improved.Through the analysis of the research results,the author puts forward the following suggestions: multifaceted participation,promote the action of the school and school association;establish a training system,improve the construction of the teaching staff;build an intelligent system to promote the integration of technology and education.
