The problem of adolescent’s physique deterioration has not been effectively curbed, there are many factors contribute to this phenomenon, one of the important influence factors is the reasonable arrangementof exercise load.In the context of existing research results, researchers did a lot of research about exercise load, have a thorough cognition to it, has a certain guiding to the study of this paper.But the research results of domestic, mainly focused on the investigation of present situation of physical education’s arrangement of exercise load, lack of experimental research. although there are a lot of experimental research on exercise load in the foreign,but lack of research on students’ appropriate of sports load.In order to solve these deficiencies which existing in current research, through the investigation to understand the current situation of sports load arrangement in the primary school, on the basis of the investigation, made a experiment research on the impact of different sports load to primary school students’ physique, trying to explore the sports load standard which suitable for primary school students’ physical health promotion.This article uses the literature material, investigation, experiment and mathematical statistics research methods, on the basis of investigation to the exercise load of the normal physical education and high-quality physical education class in Shanghai, selected grade five four parallel class of students as the subjects which from the Shanghai fengxian teachers college affiliated experimental primary school, carried out the research work of this thesis, the following results:Investigation:(1) Normal physical education class:students’ heart rate index range between 1.1-1.8, an average of 1.4; practice density between 28% and 66%, the average is 45%;(2) High-quality physical education class:students’ heart rate index between 1.2-1.7, an average of 1.4; practice density between 15% to62%, the average is 43%; And only 3 physical education class more than 50%,42% of the total classes, one lesson is less than 40%.Experimental study:(1)The students’ height, weight, vital capacity, sit-and-reach, body mass index, body fat percentage, obesity rates exist significant difference before and after the experiment (P<0.05), and grip strength does not exist significant difference in the control class; Height, vital capacity, sit-and-reach were improved, body weight, grip strength, body mass index, body fat percentage, obesity rates have been falling.(2) The students’ height, vital capacity, grip strength,sit-and-reach, body mass index, body fat percentage, obesity rates exist significant difference before and after the experiment (P<0.05), and weight does not exist significant difference in thel class; Height, vital capacity, grip strength, sit-and reach were improved, body weight, body mass index, body fat percentage, obesity rates have been falling.(3) Experiment 2 class students’ height, weight, vital capacity, grip strength, sit-and reach, body mass index, body fat percentage, obesity rates in exist significant difference before and after the experiment (P<0.05);Height, weight, vital capacity, grip strength, sit-and reach are improved, and body mass index, body fat percentage, obesity rates have been falling.(4)Experiment class 3 students’ height, vital capacity, sit-and reach, body fat percentage, obesity rates in exist significant difference before and after the experiment (P<0.05), and the body weight, grip strength and body mass index there is no significant difference; Height, vital capacity, grip strength, sit-and reach were improved, body weight, body mass index, body fat percentage, obesity rates have been falling.(5) In the mid-term test, vital capacity has significant difference (P<0.05) between the experimental class 2 and that in control class, between experimental 2 class and experimental class 1 and experimental class 1 and experimental class 3; In the late experimental tests, grip strength, vital capacity, sit-and reach, there was significant difference (P<0.05) between control class and experimental classes.Through the analysis and discussion of experimental results, conclusions:1. The primary school physical education on heart rate index and practice density is low, not pay attention to the exercise load of students to participate in physical activity, measurement and evaluation system still needs to be further perfected.2. Different intensity of exercise load effect to the elementary student’s physical health; the effect of student’s physique health promotion is not ideal in the Low intensity and high intensity exercise load classes, medium intensity exercise load class is good.3. When participate in physical activity,11-13 primary school students’ heart rate is 129-151 times/minFor the above conclusions, this paper Suggest Physical education teachers can take 129-151 times/min as pupils exercise load intensity reference standard; Physical education teachers in preparing the class, have to be preset for exercise load, and can be control students’ sports load intensity in the physical education class. The school spending money buy some instruments to monitoring the heart rate.
