A Study On College Students’ Enterprise Consciousness Cultivation Countermeasure

With the rapid development of our economy, great changes have taken place in the employment and employment opportunities of college students.Awareness of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial quality is the premise and foundation of entrepreneurship, it is reflected in every aspect of business. Whether to have the awareness of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial spirit is a prerequisite for entrepreneurial success. How to motivate and cultivate the students’awareness of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship is the main purpose of the thesis.Based on the system theory, this study introduces the research background firstly; Secondly taking the questionnaire as the assistant, this study investigates the current situation of our country enterprise consciousness of college students, summarizes the reasons for the status quo of college students’ entrepreneurship awareness in China, attempts to find out the students’ awareness of entrepreneurship and its problems in training by questionnaire survey, and trying to find a way to solve these problems; Then it takes Dalian University of Technology as an example, combined with the practical experience of entrepreneurship education, we put forward a set of feasible entrepreneurial practice activity curriculum; The last we put forward countermeasures to cultivate college students’ entrepreneurship awareness, tries to improve the development of entrepreneurship education system gradually through the security mechanism, transform and promote the college students’ entrepreneurship awareness.Because of my capacity constraints, many problems can’t be researched deeply. I will keep on studying these problems, in order to promote the development of entrepreneurship education.
