The Study On Higher Vocational College Students’ Entrepreneurial Consciousness Cultivation

With the development of the era and developed the practice of entrepreneurship education, coupled with China’s increasingly serious employment situation, the independent undertaking is the current rapid economic and social development of. Entrepreneurship Education in China rise time is late, but we also find very clearly the development of pioneering consciousness is education pioneer. However, in China’s current environment, the traditional employment idea ingrained, government business support policy enforcement is low, entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities has no apparent effect, resulting in the domestic independent entrepreneurial atmosphere it is difficult to achieve. Therefore, as the main social class of the college graduates, is pounding a force for social development, for students to carry out the development of pioneering consciousness has become an important topic in the research of the whole society. To strengthen students’ consciousness of culture, has a profound theoretical and practical significance.In the studying process, mainly adopts the questionnaire survey, literature method, interview method, to Jiangxi province Nanchang city some vocational colleges to investigate, understand their pioneering consciousness status, and for the students of higher vocational education, training of SYB interviews with experts, through understanding and analysis of entrepreneurial awareness, which find the existing problems and reasons, and put forward the method and ways to solve problems.This study is divided into five chapters:the first chapter is introduction, from the pioneering consciousness training the realistic background and the significance of home and starting, this paper introduces the background and purpose of the study, elaborated the research achievements, research methods and research contents. The second chapter of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial awareness and other related concepts, for college students’ pioneering consciousness training by the main content of the definition, and from the university students’ innovative undertaking consciousness cultivation of necessity, that college students entrepreneurship awareness training is the requirement of times development and trend. The third chapter mainly through the questionnaire survey data analysis, the current understanding of Nanchang City Vocational College entrepreneurship awareness training present situation, from the society, family, university students, four aspects of the status of reason. The fourth chapter summarizes the basic characteristics of university students’ innovative undertaking consciousness cultivation, and also from the society, family, college students themselves, the four dimensions of developing college students’ pioneering consciousness cultivation methods and ways. The fifth chapter of the research summary, points out that in the course of the study limitations, and will continue to study hard, to continue the research.
