Entrepreneurial Spirit Of Contemporary College Students

Effective training of college students about entrepreneurship has become an important issue which needs to be resolved urgently in Chinese higher education. Entrepreneurship is highly needed to encourage students to conduct business. Entrepreneurship is a prerequisite for enterprise practice, which directly addresses the problem of whether college students dare to start business. The following five aspects are responsible for entrepreneurship education to contemporary college students:the first is class education, the second, class training, the third, curricular practice, the fourth, social environment, and the fifth of individual factors. Through the data analysis of questionnaire survey results of college students in Nanjing Xianlin university town, combined with interview study of teachers in Entrepreneurship Guidance Center, we mainly found the following problems:first, there is no scientific and complete system of entrepreneurship training courses currently in universities, entrepreneurship courses cannot meet students’enterprise need, and there are not enough teachers for entrepreneurship education; second, there is no innovation and highlight in entrepreneurship training in universities, which mostly are in the form of simple copy and imitation; third, college students are not eagerly get involved in entrepreneurial practice that students don’t pay much attention to it, and software services is weak that there are defects in preferential policy in college students innovation park; fourth, university entrepreneurship education policy is not perfect; fifth, college students lack entrepreneurial vision, innovative thinking, enterprise psychological quality, entrepreneurial norms consciousness and other personal qualities. To solve these problems, the following measures are given to the cultivation of contemporary college students’entrepreneurship:firstly, improve entrepreneurship training system in colleges, promote practical teaching methods of entrepreneurship training, carry out comprehensively practical teaching methods of entrepreneurship training, build a team of professional teachers for entrepreneurship training in high school, and conduct the entrepreneurship training system that integrates classroom, training and practice; secondly, improve enterprise education policies, create entrepreneurial culture environment in school and in society, and improve social and ecological environment for entrepreneurship cultivation; Third, college students should change the traditional concept of employment, training their ability in various aspects of life, to create their own entrepreneurial spirit in practice, develop their own various aspects ability In life, To shape their own entrepreneurial spirit in practice.
