Secondary school is an important stage of knowledge accumulation period is also the main way of thinking young people, the world, life and values or motion, secondary school teachers, especially physical education teachers on students’ behavior became more widely imitated. Directly affect the quality of the professional middle school PE teachers to implement quality education quality and school sports work. February 2012 the Ministry of Education to study and formulate a "high school teacher professional standards(Trial)"(hereinafter referred to as the "standard"). Which for secondary school teachers in all aspects to make specific demands, is an important basis for teacher training, access, training, and evaluation work. Under the "standard" in the context of school PE teachers has reached a "standard", from the "standard" poor in what areas, and how to promote research and training to improve the professional quality of the physical education teachers and other issues have important theoretical and practical significance.This study uses the literature, questionnaire, expert investigation, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, professional quality for the current situation in our province middle school physical education teachers conducted a sample survey, the use of expert investigation method to get high school sports in our province teacher professional qualities required of the indicators, and comparative analysis with the status quo, the province found insufficient high school sports teachers, and propose improvement strategy.Through research, the following conclusions:Situation of Middle School PE teacher professional quality:(1) keen on sports education, general education and teaching attitude, showing a positive attitude is not the attitude of the students to be many ways to improve the classroom misbehavior occurs frequently.(2) the basics of professional sports and general education knowledge to grasp better the teaching of sports knowledge need to increase efforts to learn.(3) the implementation of teaching, sports organization and management, after-school training and better communication and cooperation aspects, instructional design, teaching evaluation and reflection abilities,(4)personal planning and implementation efforts need to be improved, the overall low research capacity.Hebei middle school PE teacher professional quality improvement measures:(1) to establish a scientific and rational middle school PE teachers ’professional ethics motivation, evaluation, monitoring mechanisms, improving teachers’ moral character;(2) Strengthen the training efforts, and build diversified physical education teachers, three-dimensional training system, improve the professional level of competence of PE teachers;(3) through more practice, more summary and job training, continuing education, self-learning and other means to enhance professional knowledge penetration, expanding education teachers teaching knowledge;(4) update PE teachers professional philosophy, to establish a correct concept of education sports, new professional philosophy deeply conscious mind and gradually formed action.
