"Balance" is the foundation of all physical activities. And vestibular dysfunction is one of the most common diseases of deaf patients. Because of vestibular organ damage, the balance ability and muscle flexibility of deaf patients are lower than normal. So there is great significance exploring to improve the balance ability of them in order to improve the living ability of the group. At present, the domestic and foreign experts in the field of sports and medical are using a kind of suspension training under steady state based on different athletes and ordinary elderly group. And they are trying to exercise more muscles in three-dimensional plane coordinate with each other to against gravity and support reaction force, and the response of dynamic action, the principle of eventually improve balance ability. It has received good effect relatively.Based on the existing research literature, field survey method, experimental method, selected 6 Shijiazhuang special education school age youth aged 10-12 105, ear domain is less than or equal to 55 d B and signed the consent of the acquired deaf patients male 65, female 40 students as experimental objects, and were randomly divided into exercise group and control group. In 0 weeks, 8 weeks, 16 weeks, one leg standing herringbone step, Wolfson postural stress, eyes closed, functional reach piaffe, beam walking, vertical X writing and rotating- walking 8 tests. After the experiment, repeated measurement of variance analysis and multivariate variance analysis using data processing results. The TRX suspension training system, targeted training related to subjects, and strive to strengthen the movement ability non dominant limb and trunk muscle, strengthen muscles and nerve connections and feedback, to improve the steady state of body posture of deaf people and balance control ability and strengthen the power transmission. Results:(1) through the proprioceptive system to mediate skeletal muscle movement can achieve the purpose of improving balance ability.(2) through the adjustment of muscle contraction sequence suspension training can effectively improve the body balance ability.(3) treadmill test results show that: the exercise group than in the control group, after the experiment there was no significant difference in the visual system is that the vestibular organ "control", the body is "automation" in the process of maintaining balance ability plays a decisive role.(4) balance beam walking test shows that the suspension interference effect on dynamic balance ability. That body balance needed to maintain the surrounding lower limbs and trunk muscles in time, space and intensity to achieve synergy.(5) improved suspension had no obvious effect on vestibular function. But the test index fluctuated trend of steady or decline after rising first, this trend is mainly due to "vestibular adaptation" phenomenon caused by.
