As the competitive level of martial arts continues to improve, martial arts moves toward "high, difficult, beautiful, new, and stable".Athletes' scores are mainly composed of movement quality, drill level, and difficult movements. The quality of the movement includes the deduction of different specifications of balance movements.Among them, the balance of leg kicks is a commonly used balance movement. The selection rate is high in the youth martial arts competition, but the loss rate is also high. The completion of this movement is related to the athlete's muscle strength and body.Balance and stability are closely related. The study introduced TRX suspension training, the training principle of which is to make the body in an unstable state for training, which is conducive to improving the strength and balance of the waist, abdomen, and lower limbs, and strengthening the coordination and coordination between muscles, thereby improving the athlete's technical action level. The study used literature data method, expert interview method, mathematical statistics method and experimental method, taking TRX suspension training on the impact of young martial arts athletes' leg clasp balance as the research object, and randomly selected 12 13-18 year olds from the Changsha Wushu team members Male athletes are theexperimental objects.Observe the completion time, degree of completion, integral electromyography, root mean square electromyography,one-leg closed eyes stand-up test,sit-ups,standing long jump, etc.with TRX suspension movements. After the test and analysis of the impact of balance, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)TRX suspension training is conducive to optimizing the completion time of the movements of leg clasp balance.(2)In terms of integral EMG,there was no significant difference between the two groups of athletes before the experiment, and the TRX group after the experiment compared to the conventional group:the right gluteus maximus in the first stage has a very significant difference;the right hip in the second stage The great muscles, right rectus abdominis, and right erector spinae are all significantly different. The right rectus femoris, right tibialis anterior, and right fibula longus are all significantly different;there is no significant difference among the muscles in the third stage. Before and after comparative experiments in the group:there are significant differences in the right rectus abdominis, right tibialis anterior muscle, right fibula longus in the first phase of the conventional group, and the right gluteus maximus is very significant;the right erector spinae in the second phase, there were significant differences in the right tibia anterior muscle;there was no significant difference in the third stage. The left rectus abdominis, right rectus abdominis, and right fibula longus in thefirst stage of the TRX group were significantly different;the right gluteus maximus, the left rectus abdominis, the right rectus abdominis, the right erector spinae, and the right The rectus femoris muscle, right tibialis anterior muscle, and right fibula longus muscle are all significantly different;there is no significant difference in the third stage.(3)In terms of root mean square myoelectricity, there was no great difference between the two groups of athletes before the experiment and the TRX group after the experiment compared with the conventional group:the right rectus abdominis, right erector spinae, right rectus femoris in the first stage There are significant differences;the second phase of the left rectus abdominis, the right abdominal rectus, the right erector spinae, the right rectus femoris, the right gluteus maximus, the right tibialis anterior muscle are all very significant differences; There is no significant difference in muscle. Before and after comparative experiments in the group:the first group of the right gluteus maximus in the conventional group had significant differences;the right rectus abdominis, right tibialis anterior muscle, and right fibula longus in the second stage had significant differences, and the left rectus abdominis had very significant difference;no significant difference in the third stage. In the TRX group, the right rectus abdominis muscle, right erector spinae, right tibialis anterior muscle, right fibula longus muscle are all significantly different in the first stage, the right rectus femoris muscle is very significantly different; There weresignificant differences in the left rectus abdominis, right rectus abdominis, right erector spinae, right rectus femoris, right gluteus maximus, right tibialis anterior;there was no significant difference in the third stage.(4)TRX suspension training is conducive to improving the athlete's static balance ability and reducing the number of moments when one leg stands with eyes closed.(5)There was no significant difference between the two groups of athletes in standing long jump performance before and after the experiment;there was a significant difference in the comparison between the groups after the experiment, indicating that both training methods have an effect on lower limb strength.(6)Before and after the experiment, there was no significant difference between the two groups of athletes in sit-up performance;after the experiment, there was a significant difference between the conventional group and the TRX group. The TRX suspension training was proposed to improve the waist and abdomen. The effect of strength is better than regular training.(7)TRX suspension training significantly improves the quality of leg clasp balancing movements.Suggest:(1)The TRX suspension training action designed in the study is a training method related to the balance of martial arts leg clasps. It can beapplied to the training of other balance movements, but it needs to follow the principle of suitable load and step by step.(2)In the future training process, the proportion of conventional training methods and TRX suspension training can be adjusted appropriately, and a variety of training methods can be combined to enhance the training interest of young athletes and improve physical fitness and athletic performance.(3)Before training, you should fully understand the physical condition of the athletes, record their weak parts, and then conduct targeted training;you can also allow the athletes to learn relevant theoretical knowledge and correct their training attitudes.(4)In the study, the integrated electromyography and root mean square myoelectricity of the muscles balanced by the leg buckling in the three stages are not significantly increased, and further research is needed.Due to the lack of equipment and equipment, the deep muscles and small muscles of the athletes cannot be tested. In the subsequent research, the sample size can be enriched according to the specific conditions of the experiment,or follow-up tests can be carried out.
