With the development and changes of the times,more and more single-parent families appearing.The emergence of single-parent families has brought a variety of social problems,gradually causing sociology, social work scholars attention.Children of single-parent families because of the special nature of the family, they have many difficulties in the growth process, such as learning difficulties, psychological difficulties, interpersonal difficulties and family problems, etc.I tried to use play therapy methods to help children of single-parent families out of the woods, to achieve personal growth.First of all, I need to assess clients to understand the plight of the clients.Secondly, I describe the growing plight of clients, including psychological difficulties, behavioral difficulties, interpersonal difficulties and family difficulties.And I analyse the Application of play therapy in single children growth group.Finally, I summarize the experience and inadequate.
