Science Technology and Society or Science and Technology Studies is abbreviated to STS, it is an inevitable product with the development of science and society. Subsequently it appears in the educational field. STS not only emphasis the combination of science, technology, society in specific teaching but also stress on cultivating scientific-educated citizens under the guidance of STS.This dissertation will regard STS in education as a research background, through a deep understanding of the STS theory in education to further explore high-school students’ innovation capability in the chemistry class and through the Innovation Competition in chemistry experiment- "Tomorrow Little Scientist" to train students’ experimental innovation. Therefore, what we must solve first is to improve the professional qualities and scientific research capability of the high school chemistry educators.This paper analyzed the list of awards in "Tomorrow Little Scientist" and found that the student’s choice of topics can be divided into three categories:the fore-front science, in-depth study of high-school chemistry experiment and STS type research. The study showed that only few students participate in such competitions, the main reason is short of innovation. And there are only a few contest instructors are high-school chemistry teacher, which pointed that the educators should improve their capabilities from science, technology and society under the STS educational theory. The improvement of scientific literacy of Chemistry teachers proved to be necessary, and their scientific research capability also should be strengthen imminently.In order to enhance the research capacity of myself as a teacher work in the chemistry teaching in the future, and to learn more about the front-edge chemistry, a research about the optimization of Ultrasonic-Microwave assisted extraction of the Amygdalus pedunculata Pall (A.P.) oil by response surface methodology and analysis of Its antioxidant activity was proposed. The experiment results showed that:light, oxygen and temperature all have a certain influence on it, especially light The protective effects of antioxidants (PG、BHT、 TBHQ) provided excellent protection against oxidation. And the compound antioxidant, 0.02% TBHQ+0.005% citric acid had the most significant effect...
