The Development Of The College Student's Scientific Innovative Capacity

With the rapid development of scientific technology, the speed of knowledge renew become more and more fast. These factors lead humans to a new era. This era is knowledge economy era, which is characterized by the possession, production, distribution and operation of knowledge. The innovation of science and human resource play a key role in the knowledge economy era, especially because of the High-Technology industrialization.The main content of higher education is to train the college student's capacity of scientific innovation. There are three types of factors which influence the college student's capacity of scientific innovation in China universities: the first one is the external institution context; the second one is the middle step, which belongs to education; the third one depends on college students themselves. But based on the current facts, we can draw a conclusion that we only focus on the second one, namely, resting on the teacher's lesson in the class to train the college student's thinking and quality of scientific innovation. But we overlooked the impact of other two factors on the college capacity of scientific innovation. To realize the goal of the development of the college student's innovative capacity, we must integrate all of these three resources, namely, the institutional context, the teacher and the college students themselves. But the point is how can we do? These actions will be great importance to the train of the innovative talent in higher education, and also to the reform of teaching.In this paper, I will firstly describe the current situation and necessity of developing the college student's innovative capacity. This introduction is to let us know the importance of the development of the college student's innovative capacity to the whole society and economy. Secondly, I elaborate the hinders and difficulties, to which the train work faced. We should think about the endopathic cause and exopathic cause of the scientific innovation. Based on the three factors, we have to improve the conditions and the college student's ability to innovate.I regard the innovative ability as a kind of mind, at the same time, I also regard it as a kind of culture and social thing. So the train of college student's ability to innovate should not only depend on the teacher's teaching. We should make an use of the system method to integrate the society, institution, education, culture and student themselves'resources. The key point is that we should regard the college student's innovative ability as a system, which is driven by the endopathic cause and exopathic cause. The individual motive and acknowledge will be great importance to promote the innovation.
