The author’s own experience of practice in social work agencies, while the use of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview method, made a thorough investigation on China’s social workers labor rights protection status, found that there are some problems in our social workers labor rights protection, including the right to work, timely to the remuneration right, occupation safety protection right, social security right and the right to rest did not get effective protection, affected the social worker health and normal life, is not conducive to the development of China’s social work. In the question foundation, the author respectively from the aspects of the subject and the object and puts forward some constructive ideas, social workers subject not only to strengthen the professional learning, and strengthen the rights thought, also make good use of supervisory resources, learn to self regulate; object including the government, associations, social work social institutions, to strengthen and the improvement from the policy level, the system level, the level of management mechanism, to protect the social worker’s labor rights and interests.
