The high school education has been fully carrying out the new curriculum reform since September 2010,which requires the main parts in the class teaching to reflect the autonomy, cooperation and inquiry of students through the teaching activities. According to the research and study about the high school chemistry in the past, mainly the self-learning in group activities and learning guide material are more focused. But there is little research about how to fuse group cooperation and group evaluation together. So this will be the author’s research in this essay.This essay is going to tell the process of making up the learning guide material in the back ground of Sichuan new curriculum reform, DJPteaching(Lead-in,Teaching, Evaluating which is popular in Longquanyi District) and 3D teaching(Lead-in, Motivate, Achieve which is used in the Longquanyi Chemistry Teaching and Researching Department). In this essay, the writer also evaluates each teaching process and introduces the way to fuse group cooperation and group evaluation through class teaching according to her own learning guide material and teaching experience. Meanwhile, the writer also expresses how to evaluate teachers’ activities in class teaching based on the class observation scale in Longquan No1 High School, so gradually forms the the plan of group construction and group evaluation in class teaching. This plan mainly explains at the aspect of group construction in class teaching, group evaluation in class teaching, the usage of evaluation result and so on.Du to the learning guide material, teachers are required to be synchronous with the teaching material and students are synchronous with teachers while learning. Based on the the plan of construction and evaluation for class observation scale and learning group, teachers’ activities will be normative, so the class will be efficient, dynamic and harmonious. This research has very strong practicability and maneuverability.
